Every member of of the staff was incredibly friendly 5 stars! The rooms have been renovated and look amazing. However the property is old. The day before we arrived, there was rain and every floor the elevator stopped at (including ours) had fans in the hallway, I assume to dry the carpet. The breakfast area is very small and uncomfortable. My biggest complaint is we didn’t get the room we booked. We booked a room with 2 Queen beds and a sofa bed. The room we got had 2 full beds and no pullout couch. I messaged the front desk, they apologized and said they were sold out and they had no roll away cots. This made our stay a little uncomfortable. It would’ve been nice to have been told this before we got up to the room and maybe have been comped for parking since this was not the room we had booked three months in advance.

The staff here is absolutely amazing and accommodating. My only issue was that my shower didn’t get hot. I checked in early and was told let them know if I wanted to change rooms. I didn’t care because I was exhausted so I made due. The room itself was so clean and having terrible OCD, I was fine. Again l can rave on every staff member I ran across.. from the front desk to the cleaning attendants all the way to the cooking crew. Everyone was phenomenal. I’d book again for that alone.

Location was perfect for access to the Mercedes Benz stadium. Room was spacious and worth the cost. Staff was helpful and of course the complimentary breakfast was an added perk. Can see this being one my first choices when staying downtown in the future.

I go to Atlanta 5-6 times a year. I always choose this hotel. The staff!!! So so friendly! I also enjoy the breakfast, because most places it is not included.

Room is clean however need to focus on the hallway and the elevator. Breakfast is excellent.

Hotel was easy to find. The staff was so incredibly helpful. Continental breakfast was nice. The individual egg frittatas were excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was also large. Would definitely stay here again.

The welcome we got from reception staff was exceptional. We were welcomed by multiple staff and even escorted to an appointment we had a couple of blocks away. Real service. The breakfast was substantial, well presented, and really tasty. Here again Zella welcomed us to ‘her’ breakfast room and kept track of how we were enjoying it - two days in a row. What struck us was that the staff take pride in what they do and how it’s received by visitors. It was impressive all around. This hotel is very well situated in the downtown. We highly recommend it.

The staff was friendly The beds and pillows were super cheap in person . We were told of a rooftop area that was disappointing. The remote was missing in the room and no one brought a replacement once informed.

Front desk and housekeeping staff (only staff I interacted with) were incredibly friendly and helpful Small cleaning spots in the room, such as a smear on bathroom vanity/shower. Nothing significant that I felt the need to report while staying there. It would also be helpful in the future to make a note for parking options for those driving from out of town who may not be familiar with this area.

Very friendly staff and good location. Could have been cleaner. Sheets were stained so we used the back up ones in the closet. Have stayed in past Home 2 suites by hilton and were much more updated. But you do get what you pay for.

Great location, beds and pillows. Missing wine glasses in the room
