I liked the location and the Charm the facility had The bathroom is small but I understand that they did the best with renovating an historic building.

Very Disappointing Stay at Hotel Indigo Atlanta Midtown Unfortunately, during our stay Several issues raised serious concerns about the hotel’s standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism. First, security and safety were a major concern. On our first night, we discovered that the room door did not close and seal properly, leaving a visible gap. We reported the issue, and the hotel eventually addressed it, but this should never have been the case in the first place. Second, cleanliness was clearly below an acceptable standard. By accidentally wiping a wet spot on the floor, I discovered just how dirty the floor actually was, suggesting that it had not been properly cleaned for some time. On last night we were also provided with only one towel, which is far from adequate. The bathroom was another disappointment. The toilet and shower area were extremely narrow and cramped, making the space uncomfortable to use and almost claustrophobic. Finally, our breakfast experience reinforced the impression of a lack of professionalism. The coffee was particularly disappointing. The cappuccino and espresso were poorly prepared and fell well short of what guests should reasonably expect from a hotel of this category. Overall, these issues reflect a disappointing lack of attention to detail and basic hospitality standards. From room security and housekeeping to bathroom design and breakfast service, there is considerable room for improvement!!!

Location had a couple restaurants nearby Very small bathroom. Uncomfortable beds. Tv had no smart options. 50$ to park

Great location just opposite the Fox Theatre and close to Marta. Small narrow bedroom

Very good

It is a lovely historic building with a boutique hotel feel, although it is a part of a chain. Wish there was room service, but at least there are lobby snacks! Also a great location - easy walkable through lovely Midtown Atlanta and right across the street from the Fox Theatre and best of all - a block away from a MARTA stop which makes getting to and from the airport a breeze!

Be careful at this hotel and their HIDDEN FEES that are not mentioned when you book at this hotel. Staff could not give an itemized receipt at check in the show their "Historic Preservation Fee" which I needed to process a refund from another company. A hotel should not charge a separate fee for Historic Preservation. Instead it should be included in the price you pay when you book the hotel. This lack of the fee being including makes Hotel Indigo look lower priced than it actually will cost to stay. Room was dirty in the corners like it had not be fully cleaned with dingy sheets. Most of the staff was friendly minus one person in the lobby. Also they will not allow door dash to rooms, so if you door dash you have to go out to the street to receive your order. Bar was nice and friendly with a great atmosphere. Parking was the typical parking garage in the area, but did not actively see any security walking to ensure the protection of the vehicle.

Great midtown location

The staff was wonderful! The bathroom was uncomfortably tiny.

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom clean, but was very small. Room amenities (hair dryer, coffee maker, small refrigerator, etc.) were good. One day our towels were removed and never replaced, but a call to the front desk rectified that quickly. Hotel is a couple of blocks from the Marta station making getting around fairly easy. All in all a good experience.

Well on the second night there was very little hot water to take shower, and at ck out I wish they would tell about parking fees when you make reservations.
-
Only problem was incredibly small bathroom. Smallest I’ve ever seen in a hotel room or cruise cabin. My fault for not checking Reviews so I want others to know .

Good hotel, but expensive

Front Desk staff was very kind and helpful! Lobby, main floor, and hallways leading to room were very clean. Much older building. Room has been updated, but hard to hide the age of the building. Bed was uncomfortable.

Michael at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. He continued to try and belittle me when asking simple questions regarding my stay. I felt so uncomfortable that I no longer wanted to continue my stay at this hotel. I really wish I had a corporate number to report this behavior to someone higher up.

Very close to the FOX. Really small bathroom- like airplane sized. I understand it is a historical building but I should not be able to wash my hands from the toilet. The ac is controlled and unable to adjust- despite them having signs stating they have a VIP program to get control of the ac- we were told very rudely and twice but a jerky person who should not be in the service industry that everyone is on the VIP program. The woman who checked us in was nice and the room overall was ok. I would not stay here again but it met our needs for a short walk to and from the Fox.
