The room was beautiful, spacious and comfy. The location of the hotel was perfect to get around and walking distance to the football stadium.
-
This property was great! Close to everything in downtown Atlanta. Staff were super helpful and the room was large. The coffee bar was awesome in the morning and the pub was great for an evening cocktail.

We had a fun weekend. Looking forward to our next stay

The room was very nice. Bigger than expected. Very clean. However, the room did not have a mini fridge or microwave oven. It did have a washer abd dryer. The large bedroom had a king size bed which so I was unable to open the closet doors wide enough to easily access the closet. Other than that everying else was fine

Beautiful historic hotel.

Absolutely gorgeous
-
Beautiful hotel Price per night for what you get is not worth it. Room was not clean, very dusty and I was sneezing the whole night. Walls are thin because you can clearly hear all conversations going on in rooms around you.

Old everything

Everything was fine, except the remotes didn't work in the bedrooms.
-
Dirty and no staff available after 930/10pm to address the issue. Dirty sheets, dirty kitchen, no spare blankets in the 2 bedroom suite with kitchen/living room. Dirty floors. Rude staff in restaurant that added gratuity to a party of 4 that ordered from the menu at Sunday brunch. Poor customer service. Unpleasant experience.

Staff, particularly Trevor was extremely accommodating.

Kinda run down but classy!

My stay was not pleasant at all. The room was not what I was expecting. We had no refrigerator in the room which meant we had no cool drinks or anything to drink because we could not keep it cool. We only noticed this after we went to the store and purchased items that we could not use. We had no drinking cups in our room and the ice machine on our floor was not working. The staff, especially Trevor was extremely helpful during our stay with recommendations and taught us how to ride the train system. Even recommended places to visit which we did. I was also told that there was a shuttle to the hotel for the airport. It cost me another $100 just to get from and back to the airport for the weekend. I was there for a wedding so I did not gripe but I was not satisfied by the hotel at all.

Beautiful hotel. Great staff. The 3 BR suite was fine but not great- some gaps in the flooring, plumbing problems.

I enjoyed the stay. Clean, quiet. My only issue was the unexpected extra cost. I get tired of never knowing exactly how much a hotel room costs, until check-in.
