SpringHill Suites by Marriott Atlanta Downtown

Our stay was wonderful. Our coffee kereg didn’t wotk but my daughter traded us. Everything was fine. I wasn’t fond of the toilet paper holder. Paper ended on floor a lot. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everyone.

Parking is $55. They only clean the rooms every other day. So no fresh towels daily. The rates double for events. Homeless people all iver the property. 2 shots cost $40. First shift counter lady is rude. Breakfast is basic. Lamp in out room didnt work. Outlets did not work. Floors dirty. Hallway carpet is nasty. So many things wrong with this place its unreal. Not even if it was the last place to stay would i stay there again. Good luck if you do.

Very unfriendly people. They offer free EV chargers at the property, but they don’t work and the stuff didn’t know how to making work. it was so bad that we cancel the second night and continue with our road trip. Very disappointed with Atlanta City 😔

Just the noise at the restaurant/bar

Great front desk staff hotel clean and I was able to get a early check in

Location was great for visiting the Georgia Aquarium and Coca-Cola museum We normally prefer to stay at hotels that have at least one restaurant on the property. It helped that there is a breakfast and lunch spot on the block.

We had an awesome customer service experience. There was a discrepancy in the room description but Mariyah was kind, patient, understanding, and ultimately provided the best room for my son to celebrate his birthday with a city view! Thank you again Mariyah!!

Clean. There were 2 dining areas but both were closed and no restaurants in the immediate area.

Close to where I need to be. One of the elevators was out of service during my stay.

Location was convenient. However, after a major event at the Mercedes Benz Stadium. It seems that the city of Atlanta doesn’t like to work. No restaurants were open, as well as the hotel bar upon returning. We left behind a power cord to a CPAP machine, and called, texted, and emailed the front staff. They simply don’t respond. They don’t care. They say they are going to check with housekeeping and call right back and they don’t. Not just one person probably at least five different people. We even got in touch with the Front Desk Manager and he said he would have the General Manager call us back the following day. Two days went by no response. Finally we called and asked for the General Manager’s email and we sent that. That was three days ago. Still no response. They simply are poorly managed staffed and just don’t care. I was a Hilton Diamond Member for almost eight years. This was my second experience with Marriott both times have been disastrous. I will never stay with them again.

Overall stay was good. The room could use some maintenance. The day time front desk clerk was very sweet & helpful.

I enjoyed the stay and the location is great. Rooms are spacious and the breakfast was good.

Stayed here for our anniversary weekend and had a great experience. The location is perfect for downtown Atlanta. The real standout was Zamyah at the front desk — she went above and beyond, even writing us a sweet anniversary card, and was so kind and helpful the whole stay. Little touches like that make all the difference. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay! Convenient location! Steps from hotel door to Georgia Aquarium! Restaurants nearby. Valet staff were efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!

Our room wasn’t ready upon arrival, despite being two hours past check in. We were in town only for one night and the delay caused us to rush to our event. Additionally, the restrooms in the lobby were without toilet paper for multiple days. Lastly, is the required additional parking/valet fee which we didn’t remember seeing mentioned elsewhere. Seems as though this parking fee could be included in the overall price of the room so as not to be misleading. Front desk staff was courteous and professional during the wait.

Very friendly and speedy checking in, the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. The breakfast was amazing a lot to choose from. The only down side is the valet parking only in the garage next to the property. But definitely worth the money and we will be back.
