enjoyed the spacious room and great location. shower pressure wasnt that great and overnight security/ staff wasn’t friendly

I totally enjoyed myself. I just hotel although one of my biggest pet peeves and the reason I gave a low rating was because of the fact that there was absolutely no parking. No self parking you could only use valet parking which is $40 a day I did not under any circumstance like this at all.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were also nice. The restaurant was convenient and had tasty food. Above all the staff was so personable, kind, and helpful. I do wish the room was cleaned up a little more as there was a Pop Tarts wrapper in between the bed the dresser. I just got rid of it on my own but I feel like the cleaning staff should have seen that and removed it. I’m okay with cleaning up my own trash but I dislike checking into a room and seeing someone else’s trash.

The Location was Prime and the staff was great. No complaints

We loved the cleanliness! The price wasn't bad! The ice machine to the fridge didn't work. The view wasn't as nice neither

Everything was awesome besides when I was checking out my ticket for valet was in my car. They had a different ticket number and caused a lot of confusion and my name wasn’t down on the list for valet.

Just extremely loud but they provide ear plugs

Everything is great until you run into the staff there. They are rude and disrespectful they have know respect for guess and this is the management time, now thee general manager just ask for her she will make sure your straight will I stay again of course but only if the general manager is on duty the moment she leaves I would as well just some advice unless you want to get rude and disrespectful back because that staff does not care at all how they deal with customers
