Very close to Palmer Event Center, bbq, Mexican, ice cream, river walk and pedestrian bridges to north side. Easy bus ride 20 from airport. No breakfast but the coffee was remarkably strong and good! The room kitchenette came with nothing but could get items at desk. Bed comfy as well as couch and desk.

For such an affordable place, it was extremely clean and quiet. The font desk woman was helpful and worked efficiently to get to everyone.

Great location, was able to get around without a car. Able to walk around safely by myself even at night. Property is dated but comfortable. Breakfast was literally grab and go.

Nothing too much to say Room was dirty. Have not cleaned under beds in a while. Staff not helpful location not the greatest of areas turned heat on and had a foul burning odor most of the night

Location. Breakfast was extremely limited. No fruit whatsoever. Only 1 type of coffee, no other drinks or juices. All they had was 3 types of oatmeal, very small packaged muffins or nutri grain bars. Very disappointing.

I like the location by the river downtown. I didn't like the hair's and dust on the floor on the restroom sink and especially the restroom tube was freaking dirty underneath the mat it was full of mold soap sum it was nasty I'm sorry but i was gross out. It was like the cleaning lady didnt do her job at all. That tube needs to be bleached out. Plus the cleaning lady cart was outside the hall for about 45min i was going to ask her for towels and a brum to swip the floor ...she never came out so i helped myself with 2 towels brum and vacuum. After 45 minutes she popped out of the a room and got mad at me cuz i got 2 towels. Cleaning lady was freaking so rude. So we started arguing i didn't say anything to the lobby girl cuz i didn't want to get kicked out so i left it like that. One thing the lobby girls had really great customer service she was nice. But that cleaning lady was bad bad worker and bad with customers. That never happened to me at any city i visit. I spent only 2 days and all that happened crazy my room#was 222 so that restroom can be cloroxed out and you all need to do something about that cleaning lady that worked Sunday Oct 11,26. Breakfast can be better. Over all my say was a 6.

Breakfast was coffee, oatmeal and some granola bars and muffins, I recommend to find another place to have breakfast. A lot of squashed cockroaches on the main halls. Room had a weird seafood smell and the bathroom didn´t have exhaust fan, no "natural" ventilation, just the A/C

Perfect location close and walkable to down town and zikler park

The bath tub was dirty

Just locations There was never anyone at the front desk, I was told I had to pay Extra and in cash to clean my room after my daughters surgery, no clean towel plumbing issues was really disappointing

Very good

I liked that my check-in was super fast and the location where I was going each day was close by. Parking was pretty easy, and it was quiet. The rooms come with a stove and microwave, but not a coffee maker or a basic set of dishes. You had to go and ask for dishes you might have needed. I can understand about pans and cooking items, but having to bother the front desk for dishes is a bit much. The other item I did find disconcerting is that I needed to say something to the front desk staff, and the couple of times I did go to see them, they were nowhere to be found...

Superb

The hotel is relatively simple but well located, which was exactly what we expected based on the website and previous reviews. The staff was helpful, and when I reported that the air conditioning in our room was extremely noisy, they moved us to another room the next day. The carpet in the room looked dirty, the mattress was not very comfortable, and the shower had weak water pressure. The breakfast is very basic, with only black coffee, hot water, tea bags, packaged cookies and small cakes.

Perfect for a quick stay, parking included, room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed here for ACL weekend. You can’t beat this location, just a one mile walk down Barton Springs. The staff was very friendly, they kept the lobby clean by frequently mopping after people brought in mud from the festival. No muss no fuss hotel, plenty of space, full size fridge. Perfect for just sleeping, showering and getting ready for the festival! No charge for parking while staying there which is a bonus! Used to stay here years ago, but stopped when it started getting run down. It’s non-smoking now and definitely improved from the last time we stayed here 4 years ago.

Fast check in! Friendly staff!

Location was close to the Hyatt Regency where I had a convention, and the price was cheaper. Parking was free as well. Bed was clean and comfortable enough but only 3 pillows on a queen bed. The place is old and it shows. Our bathroom sink looked so dirty but not sure why there were a lot of black marks in it. Room was humid even with AC on. Appreciate the kitchen but no utensils, plates or anything kitchen ware available. Smell in the hallway is funky. Side doors don't open with key card.
