For $500 a night, I would expect someone to help me get the luggage out the the car or at least open the door for me, maybe I'm spoiled and the US is not hospitable like other places. Other than that, the location is good and the hotel is beautiful.

Loved everything. One of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at!

The hotel stay itself was superb. Unfortunately, everything that happened afterwards has been an absolute nightmare. Following a simple parking refund, the hotel attempted to charge my card €2,055 and €1,969, totalling €4,024. Despite repeatedly asking for an explanation, I have still never been told why these charges were attempted. What should have been a simple refund has now dragged on for over a month, with long delays, little communication, no apology, and an enormous amount of my time wasted trying to resolve an issue that is entirely on the hotel's side. I even had to freeze my card for security. It is incredibly disappointing that such a wonderful stay was followed by such poor handling of a straightforward financial issue.

Once you enter the property, it's hard to believe you are right off of Congress Ave. It feels like a retreat with all of the trees, greenery and great pool area. The staff was very responsive to requests and the rooms had nice shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. I will definitely stay here again.

The bedroom was spacious, comfortable with sleek design. I loved the blue tiles in the bathroom. The view from the bedroom is just ok but great from cat walk and the swimming pool was relaxing and private. The restaurant has quality breakfast and the all the hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. There is plenty of shopping (closings) around and place to eat like Aba (restaurant) and Two Hands (coffee shop) The bathroom has a strange setting has the sink is facing the 2 bed and the shower area was small for 2 person. I was not happy with the pickup of trash at 4:30 and 6:30 am. So I changed room for a quieter side. (hotel make it easy to switch)

I loved the front desk customer service. They were very professional and made the experience feel personal and very welcoming. When the people helping you share a welcoming spirit it defined makes you want to return.

Very nice hotel n good location just off of South congress. Great pool, nice outdoor areas and excellent shopping and restaurants nearby. Would recommend highly.

Hotel has a great central garden space and nice pool. It feels a bit like it may have had more soul before being taken over by Hyatt. Room was nice but not amazing, shower relatively low water pressure and small. It was a nice hipster corporate hotel but there are better options in Austin
