Motel 6 Bellflower, CA - Los Angeles

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to the manager’s attitude and lack of professionalism. Whenever we asked questions, he came across as impatient and snappy, making us feel uncomfortable rather than welcome. We also asked if an early check-in, just one hour before the standard 3:00 PM check-in time, would be possible, and his response was rude. We understand that early check-in is not always available, but we would have appreciated a polite and courteous response. Customer service makes a big difference, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet our expectations.

We got a non smoking room. The room smelled like cigarettes i went to the front office and they said they would spray it. I asked for a non smoking room and he switched us but required 100 dollars deposit. Room was dirty and not very well maintained

They had tacos across the street yummy Tacos!

Love it! The only thing was the bed, which probably needs to be changed, it was too noisy and was leaning on one side. Probably it was just my room. Other than that it was great!

Nothing Nothing

In need of renovation. It's next to the freeway so it's not very quiet and some of the guests hang outside late at night with music or loud conversations.

Everything was good but the pool was not available for use. We had 3 children that were looking forward to using the pool to further enjoy their vacation. Disappointed children ☹️

Unfortunately, this property has declined a lot from years past. Bedspread dirty, laundry room not maintained. Motel 6 is very basic but usually are uniformly clean and well maintained. This one is not. However, I did feel safe. There is security and

Nothing, this hotel shows you rooms on line that dont look like what you get. Hotel room was suppose to be non smoking and it smelled like smoke and there were burn holes in the bed spread. The TV didnt work, bed was slopping towards the middle, the bath tub had burns where someone put there cigarettes out on. Very dirty!

Nothing. Unfortunately, there was nothing about this property that we felt comfortable praising. Our experience at this Motel 6 was extremely disappointing and concerning. We were traveling with our family, including our daughter who has allergies, and our pets. We specifically requested a non-smoking room. When we arrived for check-in, we immediately noticed that the front desk employee was completely behind a glass barrier, which made us feel uncomfortable and concerned about the environment. The first room we were given had a very strong cigarette smell, even though we had specifically requested a non-smoking room. The bedspread was full of holes that appeared to be cigarette burns, and we also noticed insects in the room. Because of the condition of the room, my daughter and I went back to the car with our pets while my husband went to the front desk to ask for another room or to cancel the stay. We arrived around 10 p.m., so we had already lost most of the evening. After some time, a security guard accompanied my husband to another room. The second room still had a cigarette smell, although it was not as strong. When the security guard opened the door, he asked if the room was acceptable. I did not feel comfortable at that moment and said it was okay, but once we started checking the room carefully, we found even more problems. Some of the lights did not work, and the security guard himself acknowledged that some of the lights were not working. When we used our phone flashlight to inspect the room, we found dirty bedding, holes in the blankets that appeared to be cigarette burns, dirt in the bathroom, and what appeared to be cigarette burns in the bathroom as well. The worst part was the presence of insects, including a very large spider inside the room. Our cats were actually running after the spider. We did not feel that the room was clean or safe for our family or our pets. We eventually left to get food and returned later, but we were unable to properly sleep that night.
