The metal bed frame was a killer.

The cable on the TV did not work. Phone was plugged in and I tried to call front desk but it was not working nor had a dial tone. The shower was not caulked around the shower spout and the part to drain the water was out and not replaced. Amenities lacked but I got our own amenities. Hall to room smelled like weed. The elevator could use some mopping. There was markings or graffiti in the elevator smh. Carpets needs updating. The edge from carpet to wood flooring looks to be peeling up on 3rd floor at least. Couches in lobby had wet stains. Bathroom in lobby area was closed off and locked. I couldn’t the bathroom until I got into my room. Need more pillow and towels. We had 2 people in the room and 1 pillow. 1 towel. No towel to dry feet off. No facial tissues (Kleenex). We loved the Tara and the staff. They were kind and helpful patient.

It has a kitchenette. Cockroaches, broken microwave, dents in the ceiling apparently from someone hitting it with a broom handle, mold in bathroom, and they will blame you for any prior damage to the room no matter how insignigicant so make sure you address all damage to management the second you enter the room. If you wait too long to tell them or dont notice it right away you will be charged for it even if the damage was made by soneone else before you even rented the room. Everyone has a dog and most are not on leashes (beware if you have small children). People sleeping in their cars in the parking lot for extended periods of time(weeks) Prostitutes and drug dealers propositioning guest outside of the hotel without shame..

Managers and receptionist are awesome and respectful and also All staff that work here BIG THANK YOU ALL 🙏

Family friendly

First off when you walk inside of the building, it smells we tried to get over the smell it smelled like something I can’t even explain it and then the room was nasty. The beds aren’t real solid beds and it was hair all in the toilet on the toilet seat. there’s hair inside of the sink in the bathroom. There’s stains on the lamp there were some stains on the towels , towels had hair on them, there’s a candlelight vigil in the back so somebody obviously got killed back there. Thaw room stinks really bad, just a bad experience. It was an overall bad experience people are yelling in the hallways going knocking on random doors at three in the morning it’s like a smoker/crackhead hotel , we literally was happy to leave !!!

Bugs and dirty and lot of hairs, a lot of beeping noise

Staff was not accommodating whatsoever, did not let me know in advance that the hotel was fully booked and did not have a room for me.

Disappointing

It smell really BAD, GROSS! I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

My wife and I have stayed at this facility several times and for the most part I've always had excellent service and the rooms are mostly pretty good too clean so on and so forth. Last night however I showed up at about 1:15 a.m. because I had to work late and couldn't get to the hotel before that but did not know I needed to and I was unable to check in because their system resets at 1:00 a.m. and automatically counted me as a no-show. So not only is it going to take 7 to 10 days to get a refund, they couldn't just reset it and give me a room so my wife and I slept in our van. When I looked up the email I got regarding my purchase of the room the last part was that if we come in after hours that night staff would be happy to come and help us out and check us in if we use the phone in the lobby and I'll 500 which we did and then I was informed too bad so sad sorry about you call Expedia for your refund and good luck. Now the person that spoke to me did not say those words per se but that was the ending result and how I felt. Just saying that really did suck

The sheets were not clean and the bed covers as well. Needs better cleaning

The location was good, the room was ample, the microwave was clean, the fridge was clean. The bed itself was comfortable. The bathroom was large. Part 2 - 9/11/26 - I called the front desk about the towels again. I was asked to bring the dirty towels to front to get new towels even though i stated i just had surgery. So i marched down and they gave me 3 towels no wash cloth. Dirty bed sheets still in the hallway when i left. I know that not every room was rented, they could have spared 2 extra pillows. Part 1 - 9/9-9/10 - My stay was 9/9 - 9/11/26. To start off the Coroner van was there. I came to stay near the hospital (post surgery). There was a fishy smell in the hallway across my room from bedsheetsthat were there for the durationof my stay and more. The AC/blinds were dirty. The room had a smell that I had to go buy febreze. The pillows were kid size. It was 3 of us we only got towels for 2. There were a lot of shady people there. I asked for room service and was told they only do it after 14 days because they are a long stay hotel hence the shady people. I asked for extra towels and pillows, was told I'd get them but never got them. They have free coffee no cups. If someone had come I could have gotten toilet paper but we ran out of it. People yelling in the halls. I surely didn't get rest.

When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. I rang the bell twice and eventually someone came out from the back room and she did not say hello or introduce herself. I told her I had a reservation so she started looking it up, taking maybe 10 minutes and then told me that the room I reserved was not available and that they were pretty much booked. Not once during this 20 minute check-in process, did she talk to me as if I was a human being. A little bit of customer service would’ve gone a long way. Eventually she got me into a room after staring at a computer screen for about 95% of the time. The hallway was dirty and of course, there was a pubic hair right on the pillow. I stay in a hotel once a week for work and was hoping that this would be a new place to stay that was close by. I will not return.
