Staff was terrible it was a very bad experience

Old, dirty, spider webs in every corner, stains on the floor and walls. Don’t think I’ll be going back any time soon.

This is a rundown property. The room I was given was dirty, stained, etc. The frig was iced over. Stains on the carpet, dirty tub sink, and toilet, stained sheets and towels, non-working lights, etc. I told the clerk I was leaving and demanded a refund and was told their policy did not permit it. I was told the manager was not there and could not be reached because he was "with his family". I said I wasn’t leaving until I got my refund and I would be happy to call law enforcement. The clerk then called the manager. Then she offered me an "updated" room. It was slightly better but still shabby. At least the filthy carpet had been removed and laminate flooring had been installed. I was being charged $80 for the night which is ridiculous for the condition of the room. I recommend travelers look elsewhere for accommodation.

We walked into the room and the floor had milk shake or some kind of large white frothy fluid spilled on it. The smoke detector/alarm was completely pulled out of the wall leaving a hole and wire falling out of it. We decided that it is likely not the best place to stay considering it's immediate appearance. The person in front said they weren't allowed to refund our money and we left pretty unsatisfied with the experience. The hotel is a Days Inn with a 2 foot Fairbridge banner trying to cover the 10 foot Days Inn sign. If you have mobility problems and still think its worth the money, make sure you get rooms on the first floor as there are no elevators for the upper levels.

Do not boo

Seems rundown. Apparently was recently a Days Inn. No wifi, no cups or glasses in room, no elevator, ice machine not working. First room didn't have a toilet seat. Staff relocated me immediately. On the other hand, 2 fridges in my room, quiet, clean.

Hotel needs lots of maintenance. Pillows were extremely hard. Furniture, doors, had damage

First of all the pictures do not match what it is actually like at all ... More like a motel 6. The first room we were given was horrible, holes in the bedding, the smell was HORRIBLE and there were bugs all over the walls and flying around the room! The second room we were given was slightly better, at least it didn't have the awful smell and bugs. Thankfully we were just there for one night on a road trip, but would definitely never stay there again.

The room initially smelled like marijuana, but it faded after about a day. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was okay. Clean sink, clean toilet, the shower was not as clean. Staff was friendly. The walls were thin, so there was a lot of hallway and room noise during the days.

This is an incredibly run down property. The room smelled, paint peeling in places, furniture dinged up. That said, the bed was surprisingly good and I had a quiet night’s sleep. The front desk guy was extremely nice and helpful. So mixed review. I stayed at this hotel because most every other hotel was sold out due to it being WWU move in weekend. I couldn’t bring myself to pay $350/night at the holiday inn (demand vs inventory pricing).

Checked in at 10 pm to find no one at desk and a hand written note to call the main desk number. The desk phone rang when we called the number on the hand written note. The next morning - still no attendant. There is no breakfast and no way to make coffee in the rooms. The bathrooms were modestly clean - it seemed the cleaning staff was doing the best they could with what they had. Some evidence that some guests were long term. The beds were not comfortable. The only thing one could say is the location is good - surrounding area was a nice neighborhood and close to campus. Will not stay here again.

The room was not cleaned properly, and the washroom had numerous yellow stains, which was very disappointing and unpleasant. There was also no dryer available. When we asked the front desk for one, they were unable to provide it or offer a suitable solution. Overall, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness

WHAT A DUMP! A tired old property that is terribly neglected and in a sketchy part of town. Only positive was that the room was clean. Stay elsewhere!

There was only one young employee working

It's a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for. There was a broken window on one of the room windows (likely unoccupied) which was disconcerting. The parking lot seemed very sketchy, especially the back lot and I was advised to park in front which I did. The room was very noisy with lots of traffic in the halls and parking lot late at night (bring earplugs), the room had a funny smell (I am fragrance sensitive) and the bed was not comfortable (could feel springs.) The bathroom is very cramped, had a broken toilet seat, and the shower tile was grungy, but otherwise the room appeared clean. I turned on the heater and it smelled so bad I turned it back off. The hallways needed vacuuming badly. In the morning there was no coffee available until 7 AM and the vending machine was cash only. The staff member who checked me in was friendly and helpful getting me change in the morning. I would prefer to pay more and stay at a nicer hotel next visit.

Nice bed. The fridge and microwave worked great. LA great low key place to sleep.

For the price it was worth it. Ice machines didn’t work, there was no elevator, and the door latch / flip guard was missing. Bed and linens were clean and comfortable.

The hotel is about as simple as it gets. I laugh at a previous guest review that stated, "couples like" this place. This place is horrid. The only good thing about it was that it was 'somewhat cheap' ($80) but then were charged $40 for a pet fee(which was not published or displayed)! So, that issue thoroughly disgusted me even more. During checkout (normally 1100) at 0800 (we couldn't stand to stay another minute), there wasn't anyone at the front desk. Then, a young man showed up and I asked for a receipt but he said he couldn't access the computer???? So, we left without a receipt and have no idea what we will be charged. Let me reiterate, this place SUCKS! EXPEDIA should NOT even market this place.

Room was worn but serviceable.

The tv didn't work. We were told that the cable was out.
