Reviews
-
The property was clean, quiet and pet friendly. Much better than what I had read on the reviews. The continental breakfast was simple, however exactly what we were looking for. Would stay again.
-
Bed was comfortable and hotel was convenient for a one night stay for business
-
Don’t let the name fool you, this hotel is not lavish. It is convenient to the freeway. It’s very tired. I felt safe. I use the W/D which was very helpful. I found restaurant options were far enough away. I needed to drive.
-
Clean & comfy bed with good breakfast. Only disappointment was when we open the cupboard where microwave & refrigerator are, smelled real bad, It wasn’t the appliances, the shelving & drawers. I closed the doors real fast & open the window. Also there was no screen on the window.

Closeness to our destination
-
It was cheap There was no ice machine
-
Location was good. This property did not have any ice machines. They had taken them out. There was no ice for guests.
-
Friendly desk clerk. Close to freeway so it was a little loud. Aside from that the hotel was nicely maintained, quiet inside and perfect for a quick stay

That it was ten minutes from campus Check in man was RUDE, entire hotel smelled old, lights were out in our hallway, very dark and creepy environment. Door keys took several times to work on the doors. No closet, hangers or iron. Carpet was visibly dirty, bed was hard, comforter was dingy, two tiny, non standard size pillows were horrible, we went and bought two new ones!! Breakfast area didn't look clean, or replenished. We will NEVER be back, and we will be telling everyone we know to avoid this overpriced horror show!
-
Huge clean room and convenient location.
-
While the room cleanliness was good, the continental breakfast was not even ok. Some hard-boiled eggs, a waffle maker, small yogurt containers and dry cereal rounded out our menu choices. While the coffee was good, the rest of the breakfast choices left a lot to be desired.
-
Location - good proximity to interstate and local parks/restaurants Continental breakfast starting at 6am A little outdated and no ice machines.
-
Good breakfast, nice rooms, beds decent. Good Value.

It was a place to sleep for the night, that's all I can say about it. The name doesn't fit the experience. Low quality bedding, gloomy halls and interior, and a very unenthusiastic night employee made our check in just awkward. I wouldn't recommend.
-
Not much Pretty much everything the check in time is late and causes bottlenecks when check in time starts. There was a very lazy lady that just disappeared as soon as the check time came leaving a poor guy to answer phones and check everyone in at the same time. When we finally got our room the room it was very small and had two dirty brown pillows that were so small they could be considered pillows for infants. The stay was so unpleasant we decided to leave a day earlier than planned. In final words there is absolutely nothing lavish about the Lavish Inn and suites.
-
Just stayed one night. Good value for the price. I use ear plugs so the noisy air conditioner and proximity to I5 hwy noise was not an issue for sleeping. Bed was comfortable. You might bring your own pillow if that is crucial. It’s a great place to sleep a couple nights for a very good price.
-
Nothing special, simple hotel There was some sort of error where the people who checked in after me got the same key card as my room and walked into my room, which was interesting
-
In need of updating. Breakfast was not completely available when we went. Trouble with keeping up with the food/drink in the short time we were there. Counter wasn’t being cleaned when food was being put out and after customer usage. Burn hole in comforter wasn’t the best for cleanliness. Trash near elevator smelled like it had been there awhile. Small trash pieces in hallway on the way to the room like it wasn’t being cleaned regularly.

Staff were helpful .Best part of stay Facility is open to people who wander off street .Breakfast room is larder for some tenants Front desk required to do too much supervising.Dogs a problem as not on leashes.

The hotel is dirty. Floors have not been vacuumed and were filthy throughout. We tried two rooms on two different floors. The first smelled of urine and had a refrigerator that was being repaired and had towels around it. The second room smelled of stale, dirty bedding. My children and I decided to stay elsewhere. The hotel refused to refund me.
