Hampton Inn & Suites Birmingham East Irondale

My original booking was for 4 nights, I was attending an outdoor event and after the first full day rain made the rest of the event a wash out. I only stayed two nights, the staff was very cordial and had no issues with me cancelling the remainder of my stay. Great people!

I travel to Birmingham annually for Barber Vintage Festival. This hotel is by far the best I’ve stayed at in the area. The property is nice, it’s up on a hill and away from noise. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff is wonderful! Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Cassandra. We enjoyed the breakfast and liked the large seating area since it was busy. I would highly recommend staying here.

A nice stay

Poor WiFi, poor USB connections, trouble charging devices. Amenities are bare minimum if not nonexistent.

No hot water Broken shower doors

no complaints at all

Superb

Room was very clean. Staff was nice. Only complaint was the pool was closed. We had our 5 year old with us and she was looking forward to it

The staff were amazing, so kind, helpful and responsive. Mr James who that managed the breakfast area was fantastic. I will be back next year and will be staying here again. Roll Tide !

Food couldve been better and more pillows

No complains .

Found a roach in the bathroom. Entire place smelled like marijuana. The morning of check out we had to wait in our room with our 2 small children before we could leave due to a yelling/cussing match between 2 coworkers of the housekeeping crew. Absolutely will not stay here again.

Every single staff member was extremely accommodating and nice! The cook who makes breakfast was beyond kind and his breakfast was soo good!!

Air conditioning in room never cooled the room down. Hair in the bathroom. Went down for breakfast 30 minutes after it started and it still wasn't completely set up. Would not stay here again. It was miserable in the heat of Alabama to have an AC unit that would only run for a short time.

Staff excellent and accommodations were clean Staff and take away breakfast bags

The front desk staff along with the breakfast staff were incredibly nice and helpful!

My room did not get cleaned while I was there, and I had to ask for clean towels because housekeeping never showed

The hostess who greeted me upon arrival and departure were extremely kind and pleasant making me feel not only welcome but like we had known each other for years. Very nice and inviting Thank you

Staff was extremely helpful. Thanks for making our stay comfortable

Staff were all kind and pleasant Older and funky. Ripped wallpaper, dirty spots in bathroom, out of the way location
