The bed was dirty

The room smiled like wet stink mop. And the roaxhes took over .

Water never for hot!!! Some creep sleeps in a van behind the hotel too!!

I arrived with my daughter last Friday, and when we pulled up the outside of the facility looked run down. We overlooked this as our time was limited and we needed to get somewhere soon. We checked in, and when we parked to go to our room a couple guys were eyeing us, which made us uncomfortable so we went around to the back side of the facility to enter another way, after getting all our luggage up, we passed a room on that side of the motel that melted like weed was being smoked. We proceeded to our Non smoking room on the other side of the building to find it also reeked of weed. When we decided not to stay and reported this to the front desk, we were told to contact Expedia since we booked this way. When Expedia contacted the property they denied a complaint had been made, and when I contacted the property about it myself they said since I had been there 30 minutes they were not able to refund my money. I told them why it took 30 minutes and they promised to call me back, so far I have heard nothing.

The keys gave us issues we got back around 1 am from the Alabama game and the key would not work neither would their master key we had to wait for maintence to come manuallly key the door both rooms had issues with key during the stay. AC was not working well either and only got cool in middle of night

Gross. There was a cigarette burn on the toilet seat.

Good location, near airport and bucees and access to decent food. Place was clean and beds comfortable. Staff was really helpful and friendly. The rooms are a little dated.

It was terrible. There were roaches, the iron did not work. The shower did not get hot. There were stains on the sheets. It was not clean. The staff were rude. Just an terrible experience

Took forever booking in they forgot to give deposit back didnt ancer calls had to drive back to get deposit The bed

I only like the location and that the room was on the first floor The service and they tried to run my card again

Nothing at all. The air conditioner didn't work at all! It was extremely hot! I want a refund!

Everything was nice , had a great breakfast

Host at check-in was highlight. Everything else unacceptable Bathroom toilet ran and seat was loose. No towel bar. Had been pulled off the wall and not replaced

Left before staying second night when I found a large roach in my room. The front desk attendant seemed unsurprised, unapologetic, and the only feedback that I got was that he couldn't help with anything regarding a partial refund because I booked through a third party site.

Economic cost and spacious room Driveway access was difficult to find and a bit dangerous since there was no dedicated turning lane to cross traffic. Room had a faint odor that wasn’t pleasant and decor was old

The location was convenient. The price was good. Staff was friendly. There was not a complaint about this location.

This experience was the worst experience I ever had at quality Inn. They had roaches crawling in the room. And the trim of the wall was falling down and it was a musty smell in the room.
