MainStay Suites Cincinnati Blue Ash

For the price, I was really impressed with my stay. The property was extremely quiet, including at night, and the front desk staff were polite and helpful at both check-in and check-out. The kitchenette was a lifesaver and made the stay much more comfortable. There were a couple of minor cleanliness issues—some hair left in the shower/on the floor and one pillow that smelled strongly of perfume—and the Wi-Fi was occasionally spotty during calls. None of these were major concerns for me given the price and the overall quality of my stay. If I needed another affordable extended stay with access to a kitchen, I would definitely consider staying here again.

They just need to update they cable. Really don't have many stations.

It was ok ok. At this price it was fine.

The room hotel was well maintained and our room was clean I felt that the courtyard area located at the front of the building could have been maintained better. The area would be nice if it had a gazebo over the patio Also being that it was the smoking area, there should have been some of the standup ash trays to use. There were cigarette butts all over the concrete which was disgusting

The room was amazing! Everything so very clean and fresh! The bed was a little firm but the pillows were fabulous! And the staff was very friendly!

Quiet Check in was at 3. Room wasn't ready we had to wait no apologies or discount for our wait.

It was very clean and pleasant. Only issue is it does not have breakfast and it’s higher taxes in that area. A room for $114 came out to be almost $140. I would go back though.

Everything was as expected, the price was reasonable. Traveled with a small dog, almost paid as much for the dog as the room that surprised me and not a deposit was a fee

Really nice apartment hotel. Perfect for our short stays when going to Kings Island or would be great for longer stays too. Close to everything. Rooms are very spacious and well kept.

Kitchen in a motel

Nothing. I left and stayed somewhere else. I pre-paid and lost over $300 but it was worth staying at another hotel. The property was run down with old cars in the parking lot. There were several fans in the hallway and had a strange smell. I stayed somewhere else and when I called, the lady working at the front desk asked me to call back because she was “literally” in the bathroom. The place look very old and unkept.
