Garner Hotel Boise Airport by IHG

The lady who checked me in was very nice! Room was clean but had a strong odor. Overall nice stay!

Very nice, friendly staff. I loved that there were still snacks available at the breakfast bar even at midnight. There were guests hanging out in the lobby/dining area having fun.

It had all we needed and even though it is sandwiched by the highway and Boise’s airport, our room was very quiet. Very slow elevator

Staff is great. They gave me suggestions on where to go and eat. I had early check out, they made sure I have option for shuttle and if I want to take some yogurt or fruit since breakfast isn’t open yet

Overall, It was a nice stay.

Very nice hotel, large rooms, clean and felt safe. The breakfast options were nice. The gym was well equipped. The pool was closed for the season but the lounge area near it was nice. Very close to the airport. Would recommend.

Pillows and mattress were the most comfortable I wanted to keep the pillows for myself. Easy access to freeway and pet friendly

The room's are great. Both queen size beds were very noisy when moving. A loud metal sound was made.

Clean and welcoming A little expensive. Avoid freeway side of hotel.

Shuttle to airport Dirty room - moved rooms after first one had an unmade bed and trash still in can to another room that wasn't much better. Looks like they never clean showers or put any care into presentation or cleanliness. Hotel has definitely gone downhill over the last year, very disappointing.

It is nice if you are flying somewhere. We used to stay at the Inn America and leave our car when we traveled. The price was decent but now there are other hotels near the airport that are cheaper and just as nice.

The staff was great (the night manager) The lighting the the room, the breakfast options were limited

Front Desk clerk recommended a good Iraqi restaurant. Breakfast was OK, not outstanding.

The only thing was no coffee pot in room but they had plenty of coffee in lobby. Friendly staff. Good breakfast
