Hampton Inn & Suites Bolingbrook

Had everything we needed.

Staff was great and room was clean....no issues!

Staff is very friendly. Room was good but noticed there was a lingering smell and some parts were as clean. However, for one night, it does the job.

The room had a microwave They offered Hot Breakfast Room was clean They had HBO max available on TV Everything was great.

This hotel was completely clean and the location was next to everything one would need The breakfast wasn’t great

Very good hotel

The location was convenient, right off the highway. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty. We felt this was a great value and will stay again!

Great location & very clean

Breakfast and pool Spiders and a lot of ants in the room

Everything was satisfactory. No complaints.

Nothing good about this hotel. It’s dirty, bug infested (ants, gnats). Overnight desk staff not very friendly. Breakfast servers very friendly and helpful, dirty rooms (showers) not clean, rooms smell musty, wall decor fell and almost hit my child in the head. I have pictures.

Clean room

Always clean and friendly welcoming staff. Breakfast seating. Breakfast area was very busy and nowhere to seat to have breakfast. All tables/seats were filled up.

I liked everything. Everything about the room I give a #10. The bed, super comfortable. I hated to get up. The bathroom beautiful, lots of towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner hooked to the shower wall, really great pressure in the shower. Then to breakfast What an amazing free breakfast. Not just coffee and donuts. They had a whole spread. Wonderful, hot, great tasting food. From waffle to bagels, hot and cold cereal, eggs , potatoes, breakfast meat, fresh fruit, fruit salad ,I could go on but there was something for everyone's taste. You wouldn't leave hungry. The staff, very friendly and courteous. They have a weight room and swimming pool that my granddaughters really enjoyed. Great place to stay. I will again.

We expected much better from a Hampton Hotel, this location falls short. The property is CLEARLY run down. Our stay on the third floor was disappointing, the room had a bad odor. The odor hits you as soon as you open the door. The bathroom fan was inoperable, leading to excessive steam and humidity after each shower, the mirror was fogged which does not help when you trying to get ready for a busy day ahead of you. This experience does not justify the price. It is clear that this property is not maintaining the standards associated with it's brand.

Very clean, helpful staff, would stay again 0

The hotel had nice updates, but you could tell the building was old in places. The pool was not the cleanest (cloudy water), but the breakfast was good. Overall good for the price!

The hotel rooms are very clean beds are comfortable. The breakfast need a little more improvement. Great location.

Could not have asked for a better stay. From the time of check-in, to the continental breakfast, to the ease of check-out could not have asked for anything better! Next time we are in-town visiting family, we will be back!
