Residence Inn by Marriott Chicago Bolingbrook

Exceptional

It was very nice and clean

Great, safe location. Staff was friendly and room was very clean. I would stay there again.

Superb

My overall experience was great, staff, location, room and food was super good

Room very nice & comfortable. Nice shower & air conditioning not too noisy. Staff very helpful & friendly. Coffee was good. Breakfast was boring, same thing every day with no variety. Other Marriotts do a better job such as the one in Surprise, AZ.

Always a great stay at Residence Inn

The hotel was very clean the staff was friendly. The like that the rooms had a full kitchen and the rooms were still spacious. There is nothing I dislike

I

Very comfortable, great breakfast It was further away from Chicago than we realized. It’s about at 35-40 min drive. No real option to use public transportation

Great Hotel with clean room and facilities. Great staff and breakfast. Overall 5/5 experience.

Good

Access to the highway and local activities. The air conditioning in the room was very loud and I couldn’t hear the TV with the volume being high

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked. The only thing was we had to keep asking for towels in the pool area.

Staff is lovely and berry accommodating. We very much enjoyed the pool and free park as well! There was no non-milk option at breakfast. They used to have soy milk available, but this last trip there was non available.

It was quiet & clean

Wish the rooms had bath tubs for younger kids and coffee in the lobby area always

We were traveling for the Hot Rod Power Tour. The staff was very accommodating and even hooked up a hose to let some of the cars rinse off the dust. The outside fire pit was nice and we noticed several people using the grill. All in all a nice stay.

This property was clean and updated. The room was spacious and had everything we needed.

Everything was clean, and the breakfast was good. Kids loved the pool, I would stay here again.
