It was very big and spacious and in a good area Air conditioning was too loud and the price of room service was exorbitant

Good hotel near where we needed to be. Didn’t use any of the amenities so cannot say how they are. Would stay there again if we need to be in the area again. Staff were very nice.

Liked near to stadium, restaurants, staff, had coffee, tea, almond milk,.. Wish they had breakfast options.

Location, large dairying room. Front Desk and Bell Services provided exceptional customer service. Housekeeping staff not very friendly.

Hotel Commonwealth is very central to downtown Boston, close to the metro and so many nearby restaurants options. Great shopping location too. Hotel Commonwealth is an amazing place to stay. Rooms are large and clean. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. We will be back for sure!

Excellent staff and customer service! The hotel seems dated, but we were happy to be there because of our staff experience. They provided complimentary luggage storage which was extremely convenient during our trip.

This hotel is a Gem in the heart of Boston and certainly will be our Boston Hotel from now on. The attention and customer service are unmatched. Every detail is taken care of. Clean, spacious rooms and service with a smile. Not to mention it is conveniently located right next to a T stop (Kenmore).

The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities it the room (for the price) were lacking, I would say that are stay was good - based upon when I checked in the gentleman @ the desk was distracted and I did not get the same welcoming service as I have previously. The Commonwealth is in a great location, but I believe this will be our last stay there.

We loved staying here because of how friendly and helpful everyone was as soon as we arrived. From the valet to the bellhop to the front desk management, checking in AND checking out was delightful. Also we liked how walkable the area is. The sushi restaurant below is excellent and we did takeout to our room since we have small children. We are already talking about how this will be the place we stay whenever we visit Boston.
