Great location and the restaurant uni for dinner First room with broken sofa bed. Not the cleanest carpet and no slippers, small bathroom, room service coffee in the paper cups:(

I’m not sure this hotel should be rated 5 star hotel. Let’s me start with the door to the room that was old and would not shut properly. Entering the room there was a musty smell. Every towel I used and the robe had stains on them. The pillows were old and clumpy

We loved our stay! Everyone was kind, the rooms were beautiful and comfortable, everything was very clean and the staff was always willing to help. We will be staying here again and are grateful for a great stay.

Our experience was wonderful from start to finish. The staff greeting us were friendly and helpful, check-in was a breeze, and our room was beautiful. We loved the walkable and convenient area, it was great to come back to a beautiful home base like The Eliot. 10/10 would recommend if you want a historic, charming hotel with nice amenities and friendly staff.

Room was well appointed and perfectly comfortable for our three-night stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient but, most importantly, outside of the heavily touristic areas which were very unpleasant.
