New Relax INN

The queen bed was very comfortable. Lots of hot water and good pressure. The price was a great value considering $300 plus surrounding hotel rooms per night. The cleaning staff was very friendly and provided us with additional towels for our two night stay. No hand towels. Towels were thin and worn. No coffee maker in room.

Staff was nice and really clean. So many restaurants walking distance

Very comfortable spot that I...

Very comfortable spot that I was able to get at the last minute when I missed my flight.

Staff is nice. Rooms are clean. No breakfast. Free parking and great location .

For a low budget hotel, this vastly exceeded my expectations. Upon check-in they confirmed that I had requested a non-smoking room (which was appreciated). I was expecting the musty smell and faint whiff of cigarette smoke that one associates with an older motel, but this was spotless, with new carpet, table and new chairs. Exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price.

Clean & proximity to MDW.

The clean room nice beds great staff

Staff was very friendly, nice clean and spacious room. The refrigerator didn't really get cold. But I can live with that for one night

Honestly, this hotel is way too expensive for what it offers. The hotel feels quite old, and the rooms could definitely be cleaner. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you don’t have any other options. The only real advantage is its location — it’s very close to the airport, which is convenient. Other than that, I don’t think this hotel is worth the price. Price and Condition
