Super 8 by Wyndham Bridgeview/Chicago Area

The pictures provided are either AI or from when the property was first built. I’ve stayed at Super 8s before so i know they’re not known for their quality but this was the most run down and grimiest Super 8 I have ever been in. Some of the sheets were got didn’t look like they were cleaned, everything here had a film of grime over it, and was unable to sleep due to other guests slamming the doors all night and it rattling my entire room like an earthquake. If i wasn’t forced to pay the entire stay after checking in i would have happily paid more to get out of this place.

The staff was good but the room was dirty and there was trash left out in the hall way for two nights. There was only a few channels on the tv to watch and they were mostly news. The breakfast was bad very few selections to chose from. No juice and yogurt seemed to be old. Will not stay here again

This was the dirtiest place I've ever stayed at. I walked on the floors with bare feet and it turned my feet black. I don't know what cleaning they actually do.

Our hotel stay was absolutely terrible. The room was dirty, the floor was sticky, the bathroom sink was broken, and the bathtub was leaking. The worst part was discovering a dirty shoe underneath the sheets while my three-year-old son was removing the blankets the next morning. This was completely unacceptable and made us question the cleanliness and hygiene of the room. When we reported the issues to the front desk, the staff member, Supna, handled the situation very unprofessionally. We received conflicting information about whether she was a manager, and despite explaining the seriousness of the situation, the hotel refused to refund us for the remaining night. We were offered another room, but after everything that had happened, we no longer felt comfortable staying at the property. We contacted Expedia, and to their credit, they tried multiple times to contact the hotel by phone and email. Unfortunately, they were unable to reach the hotel, and the issue had to be escalated. Expedia ultimately provided us with a credit for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. While the hotel experience itself was one of the worst we have ever had, I do appreciate Expedia making an effort to assist us when the hotel was not responding. Overall: Extremely poor hotel experience. Expedia’s customer support was much more helpful than the hotel management.

The hotel was okay. We slept well in our clean and comfortable room.

This hotel should called it super dirty not super 8 we found blood in bed and on the walls .

The picture looks nothing like the rooms. The bedsheets were dirty. The front desk wasn’t helpful and the mattress had a hole in the middle overall one of the worst experience just save your money and pay extra and get a different hotel.

The bed had a metal rod sticking out ot the mattress under the sheets and my wife wiped up a spot she saw on the floor and the towel she used was black. Apparently the tile floors are not washed!
