This hotel is used to house the homeless. The property had a strong urine with pine oil aroma. The front desk receptionist was going to install a stove AFTER I checked in, when I brought to his attention that there was a hole in the counter top in the kitchen. The mattresses were put n metal stands. The second room had a hole under the window. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Hotels.com should remove his property from their website. I was on the property for 30 minutes max. Long enough to check-in, look at two rooms and check out.

Check my Fairbridge comments, but no breakfast or pool means we were lied to when we jumped the first ship. Alex tried hard to make it worth while. Step up your game, Expedia.

There were bugs in our room and no cooktop!!! Footprints in the shower and on toilet seat. No shampoo. No cups. Never again!!! People above us running around all night. We weren't able to sleep. Kids running up and down the halls screaming.

Appeared to be an DSS hotel No breakfast Recommend not staying here

It was truly remarkable just how Terrible this hotel was. It started at the beginning when the man working the front desk had some of the worst BO I have ever smelled. Then there was the Party in the room next to mine with extremely loud music, constant banging on the door and shouting that carried into the hallway. The woman yelling for security at midnight only to have nothing resolved and the party continuing for another hour was something you don't experience every day. This party lasted until 1AM. The room keys not working for the "Fitness Center" nor the pool was pretty expected after everything else I experienced. The cherry on top was the shower door not shutting so water would get all over the bathroom floor. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to laugh at how to properly mismanage a hotel.

Clean, smelled clean, great stay

Omg, where should I start, what a difference 2 years can make. I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago in 2024, it was clean and spotless. I recently stayed for 2 days and couldn’t wait to leave, the conditions of the upkeep were terrible! The shower molded tiles and the cobwebs found over the bed from the ceiling, The “weed” scent in the hallway who wants to smell that it was to be a smoke free environment. The little children in the parking lot playing was crazy!!The loud music playing until 2am was ridiculous. The children running over your head and in the hallways as if they were in the park up until 10pm, the baby crying all night long, seemed to be hungry and needed to be feed. The strange men walking around in the parking lot look in the window. The banging of the window to let them in. The pool looked soapy and dull more like a bathtub instead of a pool. The side exit door beginning left open for what look like strangers sneaking in was scary and alarming, so I decided to complain to the front desk. I asked besides the out of town visitors like myself are their displaced families living at this hotel? He responded YES! I said so that explains all that am seeing on day one. Sunday couldn’t come quick enough I thought in my head, I spent the remaining time outside up early until 10pm on Saturday. Sunday I was up and out before the sun came up! Never again will I be staying at this hotel !!! Don’t stay there !!

Everything was ok. Room could of been cleaner we could see a hand print on the headboard of the bed. Bed was comfortable and the room was pretty big.

It was okay for the price. The window was leaking when it was raining pretty bad and the solution was to hand me towels. Also the room smelt like burnt popcorn from the beginning. Not a great experience, but it was okay for the price.

The air conditioner worked well, and the staff was friendly

The check in area had a strong smell of weed. There was a cockroach in our bathroom! The tub made a creaking noise while we showered. Along it looked very clean clearly it’s not with cockroaches!

Exceptional

As soon as you enter the building, there is a gross smell you will never get used to. The staff were okay but they weren’t as welcoming. The hotel it self is very dirty and unclean. There is dirt everywhere on the carpets. Not only that, there were bugs in our room. Also only a tiny hand soap and soap bar was provided, you had to buy everything else. There were also a few stains in some of the furnitures. The WiFi was also slow. Overall it was a pretty bad experience.

There were zero amenities. We are 80, they put us in the farthest room from the lobby. AC went out on 5th night and they gave us a new room and we had to move everything ourselves. Didn't offer any help or a luggage trolley.

Where to begin. We checked in at 1:30am Friday 8.14.26. The bathroom was not clean, when we turned the sink in the bathroom, water came up through the tub and the sink in the kitchen. We called the front desk to request another room. We couldn't get another room until after 11am. We requested dishes for our room, there were no more coffee pots. The desk person then passed me two plates, they felt gritty on the bottom, I flipped the plate over and it had old food stuck to it. The side door was open the entire time we were there. We did not feel safe.
