Great place to stay!

Last minute when I got to NY The Holliday Inn said "SORRY" We had "booking issues" and I would have to call Expedia and got relocated. they had me reservation, but NO room for me.

Clean room , helpful staff , great value

Handicap bars in the shower are loose and come off the wall when you grab them (Room 411). AN EXTREME HAZARD FOR A HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUAL. One of the towels was soiled when we checked in before use.

they over sold my room with two queen beds , and put me in a room with a king size bed for three people. they gave us a roll up bed that springs were poking my back.

Bed and room was super comfy. Bathroom floors could use a better cleaning and they could use updating the entire bathrooms..otherwise delicious coffee in the am and nice hotel staff.

I came in at night so really didn’t get to see much but I will say I slept GOOD!! but the toilet seat was loose and I tightened it up and the shower pan looked like it was repaired but it would stop me using it but overall my stay was a good one.

Room was fabulous. Clean, comfortable bed and quiet. Was better than I expected by far. Staff was friendly, check in easy, and even the shuttle driver was very nice and accommodating.

The staff at the front desk and the breakfast were great. My only complaint was the bathroom in my room looked as if it wasn’t clean. There was hair in the shower and looked like someone wiped soap or lotion on the wall. Also a used wash cloth was hanging on the shower head.

The remodel was very nice. Clean. Our room had a maintenance issue but we don't think that was the rule. The staff was helpful to address the issue.

Annie and other staff members were awesome. Will certainly be back. Love the location. Across from the airport but not noisy at all.

This hotel was super clean everywhere! Breakfast was good. Nothing fancy, but enough choices. Coffee was very good! Real beans and not instant!!
