Great hotel! Gym was larger and better equipped than expected

we signed up for Fairfield Inn and ended up with it being under construction and connected to another hotel. Very disappointed. Took well over a hour to check in - receptionist did not know what she was doing and the other receptionist didn't seem anxious to help. Finally got a room which was far away and took a lot of walking. There was little if any disabled parking. The good things were as follows: Excelent beds, room with a sink in the room which helped from tying up bathroom. Lighting was terrible in both room and bathroom. And would it be asking too much to have a mirror over a desk in the room to put on makeup and not have to tie up the bathroom. Would not consider staying there until the entire hotel is completed. The breakfast was extremely good for that type of hotel!!

the front desk clerk, was very personable, friendly, and accommodating. Hotel employee made our stay a 10/10 and we will be back because of her. I wish there was a full length mirror in the room. Other than that, everything else as great!

There were lots of stains on the chairs and bedding. The top blanket had very worn patches on it, and the table and chair in the room also had worn and destroyed places on them. It clearly has not been well maintained. I also felt like the room just was not that clean. i.e, dirt in the corners of the room and bathroom, stained bathroom tub. Also there was just not very good bedding — it easily very thin on top of feeling bedraggled and not that clean.

Over the course of a 4 day road trip staying at a new Fairfield Inn each day, this place was awesome! The coin laundry on our floor was a plus, breakfast was delicious and hot, our room was spacious with a unique footprint. The downside was that the pool wasn’t heated enough and there was. I hot tub which would have been nice after a day of driving. The extra room with a desk and bar counter was a nice perk.

Someone walked in our room the most horrible experience ever I will never stay here or any were like this again

The hotel was clean and the staff were great. Breakfast was pretty good as well. The only issue is our room needed just a little TLC. The bench in the shower was broken (gone), the body wash dispenser did not pump at all and the faucet on the bathroom sink needed to be re-seated and tightened as it was sitting crooked and some of the water was going onto the top surface. Easy fixes and really nothing major.

First off, I booked 3 rooms for 1 night. When I arrived to check in, I went through the process, they got me set up and gave me 1 set of keys, I said there should be three rooms. Booked them weeks ago in advance along with paid for them already. Should be 3 rooms... in the process of all this I heard one mumble we dont do expedia. But yet somehow my name was there for at least one room. From here there was absolutely zero attempt at help from anyone at the counter, I had to pay for ANOTHER room which was 100$ more for the room than I had already pre paid. I want my money refunded. Beds and pillows were terrible, the rest of the place was.... ok

Good Was Charged again on arrival!

Nice room. Very large. Very busy, large group, no coffee or water left. No where to sit at breakfast.

Wish every motel was like this one
