The room was dirty cramps all over the floor and in the drawers Two gold rings were stolen from me when I talk to the manager he said nobody entered your room

This place is amazing! Lovely staff, breakfast, location the all 9 yards. Would stay here again! Nada, it was perfect.

The stay was excellent and staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property was clean and well maintained. We had plenty of room to seat our larger family for breakfast every morning and the room was perfect for the 6 of us.

All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating!! Aarynn made us feel extra special throughout our entire stay!! Todd went over and beyond to help us when we had to leave early and even came out and helped us with a dead battery on our rental car!! We highly recommend a stay at this Hyatt!!!

It was a nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pool was nice. We couldn't check in at check in time because no rooms were available. There were two long dark hairs on one of the pillows and on that same bed there was a stain on the white blanket that looked dark red.

Breakfast looked great but we were there visiting family so didn’t get to try it. Did use the common areas for a snack late one night. Very clean and comfortable. Got in ridiculously late due to plane delays…room given was right behind the elevators. Planned to asked to be moved the next morning due to location…but NEVER even heard the elevators. Wonderful insulation!!!did not request a move, not an issue! Our adult children stayed with us, the couch pull out looked very uncomfortable. My son wasn’t thrilled with it, but it worked for him.

Breakfast and customer service The pool is way too small and another family was being way too obnoxious that I couldn’t bring my children in.

What a wonderful spot! The breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of variety. No matter their role, every staff member was super friendly.

I stayed there just for one night, but I was very impressed. The staff are very helpful, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. I am allergic to dairy so have to avoid a lot of foods, and didn’t try the scrambled eggs and sausages, but they also had almond milk with the cereal, oatmeal, bagels, wholewheat toast, as well as boiled eggs, and lots of fruit. The room was very quiet with no outside noise, I definitely recommend.

The location was perfect for our stay. We were in town for a soccer tournament and it was only a 10 minute drive to the soccer complex. It was also only a 20 minute drive to a restaurant my grandson really wanted to try.

It was in a great location near the Factory venue, and St.Louis zoo. This hotel was very clean and generous with towels and blankets. The pool was warm and cleanly.The bar made a tasty Old Fashion! There was a good assortment of breakfast foods which were all fresh and hot such as bagels, eggs, sausages, friend potatoes, multiple cereals, yogurts and oatmeal with all the fixings. 3 types of milk and a couple juice options as well… oh and Starbucks coffee! Todd was absolutely great, he was kind and super helpful!! You can tell he cares about his career and the visitors. Below parking garage was super convenient. I would 100% recommend and plan to stay here again next year! Everything was amazing!
