All we needed, but the room was surprisingly spacious Only one lift seemed to be working which meant some slowness with getting to and from the room

Unfortunately, I received poor service. I requested housekeeping for my room myself but didn't get it. I also asked for towels, but they didn't arrive until I went down to the lobby. It is disappointing, especially since I was generous in paying all the costs and necessary tips.

My room was spacious and clean, and they let me check in early. Can’t really ask for more!
-
Room had a beautiful view, great size, very comfy and quiet
-
Honestly it was in a great location walking distance to many of the attractions. How ever expensive with no parking available other than valet parking. Room was clean but had a weird smell to it but the view was amazing even though i didn’t get the view I asked for. No breakfast area but really good Chinese dine in downstairs. Personally would not be returning to this location

Amazing location, great pool, comfortable rooms, wonderful staff Pillows were not comfortable but it is a small complaint. Everything else was great.
-
I honestly had no issues whatsoever during my stay. Check-in process was easy, got a clean room with a beautiful view!
-
Great location! Only issue we had was the TV channels not working. It's baseball playoff time, it would have been nice to watch some games when we had down time.
-
The hotel was as expected, pretty good. It’s a wonderful location if you’re planning on visiting museum campus. the tv did not work the entire stay, but that is only real complaint, other than the typical horrible pillows hotels have.
-
It’s a great hotel!! I stay here every time I am in Chicago.
-
We attempted to cancel through booking as the property suggested and then the property never responded.

I Love This Hotel and my Visit to Chicago

This was a great location. Close to Printers Row, museums, and the lake front. Room was clean but television was not working throughout the hotel, we had some service issues, and there was no coffee in the lobby.
