Excellent service

On the night of check in, the 2 staff that were on duty were GREAT. Friendly, recommended corn tortillas to try - bought some to take home. They were right very good. The only issue was the shuttle - the person at the desk said it wasn’t working. I am surprised that there was not another shuttle available to service customers. You would think they would have gotten a rental van or made other arrangements for customers when the shuttle was one of the reason the hotel was booked.

The shuttle is an issue. Waited an hour for pickup at the Midway train station. The driver lied and said that he arrived and there was no one to pick up. Complete lie.

James in the Bar was the Best. And the Chicken wings & Fries Lemon pepper i rate a 10 and I own a chicken restaurant

It was clean What is wrong with the breakfast system? I had to fight every day to get my tickets, really awful experience

Very disappointing stay. The hotel advertised free breakfast, but we were charged $18 per person after eating, with no signs or staff informing us of the charge beforehand. The advertised free airport shuttle was unavailable when we needed it, forcing us to pay for Uber twice. Staff were also unfriendly and borderline rude. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the misleading amenities and poor service made this stay frustrating.

I booked from the airport because there was a shuttle. That shuttle ended at 7pm so I had to pay for an uber. When I left the next morning, I needed yet another uber. There is no coffee in the lobby. No vending machines for soda or snacks. Aside from the lovely woman at check in, all staff were unresponsive. I tried calling the front desk and just got a busy signal. If you want to be completely on your own, this is for you.

Nice staff, great location, beautiful lobby and rooms. I loved everything about this hotel.

Exceptional

I had to stay because my flight was canceled and i found myself in an emergency. The staff was so kind, helpful, and patient during a time when I was very stressed. The hotel was also very quiet and clean. I felt taken care of when i needed it most. I was looking forward to trying the coffee bar but unfortunately it was closed although it was advertised as open. However staff was quick to direct me to local breakfast locations.

Good

Had a hard time getting the shuttle from the airport. The night check in person was not very professional. Sunday breakfast was too late for me to enjoy before my flight. The floor got very loud about midnight and I was woken up.

The AC would not turn off even though the display said it was “OFF”. By morning the room was freezing. The phone didn’t work (to call front desk) and the internet on the tv didn’t work. On the shuttle another guest said there was no internet which means no TV. Also the smell of Febreze was overwhelming—do you guys not know this is a neurotoxin? They also didn’t add my IHG # to the the res because it was made on Expedia. On the plus side, I’m very impressed that you have both “soft” and “firm” pillows with those words embroidered on the pillow case.

There was no bottled water available in the room or purchase up front. Limited resources. Won’t stay here again
