Saratoga Motel By Capital O Near Midway Airport Chicago IL

The filthiest place I've ever stayed at. The TV didnt work. The floor was grimy. The bed sheets were dirty. There were dead cockroaches behind the refrigerator. There were CONDOMS near the bed. I left not long after I checked in. I wasnt able to get a refund for my stay and the person at the front desk wasnt helpful at all. DO NOT STAY HERE!

How do you allow third-party websites to book a room and then tell the guest there are no rooms when they arrive. Absurd if you ask me. They weren’t even helpful with the refund part of the whole thing.

Nothing It was so dirty that I did even stay I left with in the hour of check in

Entire bottom floor was blocked off by caution tape. Did not even want to get out of the car. Very bad neighborhood. Staff said I could cancel and be refunded, but next day changed their mind and I had to pay even though I never checked in.

Bookings over sold the rooms and there were none available

This place should be closed. It’s a scary, filthy place with nothing good about it. I’ve never been so glad to leave a place. This place should give me my money back. List of grievances: busted door lock on the room; filthy room; “non-smoking room” but almost couldn’t breathe it stunk so much of cigarette smoke; an actual ashtray on the table; dark red stains on the floor (looked like blood that had bonded with the wood flooring); screaming people next door until 2am, with some nice pounding on the walls; floor covered with water in the morning - from no discernible source; couldn’t even shower because the tub was absolutely disgusting. Go somewhere else. You have been warned. Shut this place down.

Nothing , like trash

Just over 2 miles to airport Room was disgusting. Broken lamp fixtures, smoke detector. Light fixture above sink missing. Tiles in bathroom incomplete. Last minute change in connecting flight forced us to find hotel at last minute. Other hotels were full so reserved here. Hindsight, I would have preferred sleeping in a chair at the airport.

I checked in and went to my room and left without staying The hotel is in such horrible condition. And part of the hotels roped off like a construction zone. Bed doesn’t have clean sheets, just a think bare blanket that could have come from goodwill I ended up sleeping in my car, that’s how bad it make me feel

Had a good stay here will be going back. The night staff was very helpful and nice and they wasn’t at my door at 11 rushing us to leave to was able to pack and leave in peace I appreciate that so much.

It was a big room and it looked like it was remolded recently. The floor was very dirty.

Definitely won’t stay here again. The rooms smelled like cigarette smoke even in “non-smoking” rooms. The whole room was gross, the towels hanging were wet and had other people’s hair on them and were stained with a brown something (we got new towels but were also stained). There were dead bugs and other peoples hair all over the floor. The shower was constantly leaking. The bedsheets looked as if they hadn’t been changed and were also stained. There were not any bed bugs, thankfully. If you have low standards and just need a place to crash, this was a cheap place to sleep. Don’t expect any amenities & be mindful of your surroundings, our uber drivers told us to “be careful” multiple times over the weekend.

nothing the room smell like sewer and the water in the sink didn't work. The floors was dirt and stains on the sheets. The refrigerator did not work and I had to change room. Dirt clothes was left behind the refrigerator which tell me that the cleaning staff did not do there job. I will never stay there again. Horrible place.
