This was my second stay in Chicago, and it totally lived up to expectations! The staff were super friendly, the location couldn’t be better, and the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. My only tiny gripe was the comforter it wasn’t the best material, but I’m really just nitpicking. Overall, it was an amazing hotel!

We loved this hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and so well appointed. So many hip hotels disappoint with their space but between the places for clothes, the super comfy bed, the robes, and everything else, this felt like modern luxury. The staff were terrific. And the location made it easy to get anywhere.

Stayed 4 nights at this hotel during our visit in Chicago. I have traveled a decent bit and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The hotel was updated and very clean. Customer service from all of the staff was excellent. The room had a great view and nice window bench. Very close to the riverwalk and centrally located to most things. Would definitely stay here again!

Adorable hotel! The one bedroom suite was beautiful with an amazing view! Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Second year in a row staying at this hotel and it’s always amazing, staff is very helpful and we love the coffee and tea station they have at the lobby.

The hotel was amazing with location and the staff are very hospitable and helpful. Alex in the front desk and Antonio and Julios in concierge were nothing but extraordinary. I definitely stay in L7 when I visit chicago again.

Good location and clean

I was so impressed with this hotel! It checked all the boxes for a great stay: clean, modern, and reasonably priced. But what really made it stand out were the extra touches. Location: Just steps away or a short walk from the Chicago Riverwalk, Millennium Park, and Cloud Gate (The Bean). Such a convenient location for exploring the city! Amenities: I loved that they offered complimentary coffee and tea on the main floor. The Rishi tea bags were a nice touch, along with the Steep green tea provided in the room. It’s the little things that make a difference! Cleanliness & Comfort: The room was clean and comfortable. The interior was a bit plain, but the bed more than made up for it. It was unbelievably comfortable, and I slept so well! Staff: Friendly, professional, and efficient. Everyone made the experience easy and pleasant. Adjacent Restaurant: Perilla was SO, SO GOOD! A must-try if you stay here! Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. It offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay, with thoughtful touches that made it even better. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Chicago!

Exceptional

Staff were accommodating and professional. Location was exceptional. The view was amazing. The window seats were the best part. The restaurant was great. The valet did not damage my car like they did in Milwaukee!!

We had such a great stay there! Very conveniently located to all the places we wanted to see during our trip for the marathon (bonus for being a 10 min walk only to the start line). Friendly staff. Clean and spacious room. Loved the free coffee in the am. The restaurant was delicious as well. I can’t say one negative thing about our stay here and am looking forward to visiting again soon. Bonus for the comfy bed too!
