It was clean and location was good The heat did not work properly.. it kept switching from warm air to blowing cold air so would have been comfortable if I was a penguin. Staff could not figure it out either and said they could offer more blankets but that is all they could do. Tv also did not work

I didn't like the parking. It was across the street in between buildings. It was dark when i arrived and dark when I left in the morning.

Nice remodeled hotel right downtown, Rooms look recently updated. Rooms large and spacious. Parking across street but easy to get too. Breakfast was good.

Everything is always so great here. It's clean, the breakfast is good! The elderly gentleman helping with breakfast is so nice. Jay at the front desk is always the best!! The dinner restaurant has amazing food, and the bartenders are so friendly. I've stayed many times and it's always #1.

This is a lovely hotel in a nice walkable downtown area. The only negatives were that the attached restaurant could use a larger variety of affordable items on the menu along with the high-end entrees, and the complimentary breakfast was just so so. With improvements in those areas, it would be a more inviting experience.

The hotel is very clean and very convenient to downtown and the river. The room was very spacious and very clean. Breakfast was excellent and coffee was great! Highly recommended
