The front desk staff was amazing, they took the extra step to see that I was a choice member, knew I was with another guest and offered to find adjoining runs, the service was just so friendly and appreciated

Hotel was very clean! Staff were friendly and helpful, pool and hot tub were wonderful. Breakfast was mediocre but that’s ok! It was a great stay and we’d definitely stay again.

Staff was very helpful with suppling forgotten items. We stayed several days and had a variety of different breakfasts . The place was very clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend .

We liked everything. Clean comfortable room. Morning breakfast was good. Nice pool and hot tub. You won't be disappointed here. Highly recommend. There was only one thing that that would have made it 10/10. We were on the 1st floor and the floor from upstairs, we'll you could here it squeaking when people were walking around.

My husband and his fishing spent one night on the way to Canada to fish. My husband could not say enough nice things about this property. The personnel were available and helpful. The property was spotless. The room was pristine, the bed comfortable, and he slept all night. His breakfast the next morning was hot, comforting, and the employee was available to help the visitors. He was impressed. He would be happy to stay there again.

Absolutely love this hotel! We live a couple hours away but met here as a midway point with family out of town. Front desk is unmatched, she was kind enough to put all 3 of our rooms in a row and was exceptionally kind. Rooms were impeccably clean and breakfast and pool area are very nice. Also for those from out of town, check out downtown Chippewa falls! Their zoo is really nice (free/donation based) with multiple beautiful parks, pavilions and a splash pad. There’s also a candy shop and some some downtown shopping, beautiful area! We hope to meet here a couple times a year for a great mini vacation!

The staff was amazing! Very welcoming. The pool area was really nice. Their breakfast wasn't just waffles, it was omelets. There was a variety of breads, sausages etc. Highly Recommend
