Location, cleanliness, staff and rooms Vale was not helpful with our luggage

lovely hotel and wonderful staff

No laundry or dry clean service, no dirty laundry bags, no drinking water in rooms, no snacks in room or lobby , dining options are very limited in hotel and nothing healthy, breakfast took long and mediocre at best with flies on my pastry, room has no toothbrush or toothpaste, service elevator noise constant, small room for the price,

Everything starting with the greeting also smell, decor, cleanliness, brightness, food, comfort. I would have liked a microwave and freezer in the room.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, the accommodations were comfortable, and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, our car broke down right when we arrived, but the valet team went above and beyond to be kind, helpful, and accommodating during a stressful situation. We also loved the location and will definitely stay here again! The tote bag waiting for us in the room was such a thoughtful and memorable special touch. Highly recommend! This certainly isn’t a negative, as we completely understand that the location doesn’t allow much room for a pool. A pool would be a nice added amenity, but it definitely isn’t a dealbreaker for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will absolutely stay here again! ?

The front desk staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. One interaction was especially strange. While I was checking in, the staff member told a gentleman in the line next to me not to worry because his room would be nicer than mine. I probably should have said something at the time, but I was caught off guard by the comment and didn’t want to make an issue of it in front of my teenagers. I let it go, but it was a very odd and unnecessary thing to say to a guest and definitely left a negative impression.

Great location, spacious rooms!

Great hotel. Beautiful, fresh decor. Loved the rooftop and the 3rd floor bar area and terrace. Right in the middle of all the action. A great place to stay if you are touring/visiting Clemson University.

Fabulous stay. Beautiful room!!

Excellent staff. great people. Enjoyed restaurant, location and cozy bed. Parking expensive but nice valet people.
