Spacious room with full size refrigerator and kitchen area. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean and updated. Elevator to use. Staff was friendly.

The room was clean and highly functional. The staff was polite and helpful. It's a great place to stay for those who just need a place to sleep and do a little work.

The property was clean as was the room. However, the bed was horrible. Lumpy and very uncomfortable. No glasses in room, had to get those from the front desk. As well as plates, coffee pot and any else needed. There was almost no breakfast food-just prepackaged donuts. No yogurt, fruit, cereal, hard boiled eggs-you get the general idea I wish I had stayed at a different property. Especially due to price.

The staff here are great and so friendly!!! It’s always clean and maintained well. We always stay here when we’re in Colorado Springs!!!

This was the first time staying here and we were treated so well and all the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and to just talk about our trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Explain to me why I rent an extended stay suite and don't even get a COFFEE MAKER in my room -I have to "request" one by filling out a form? Ridiculous. That is a basic necessity. Never again. The "breakfast" doesn't even have basic half and half - everything is "sweetened". Not asking for a gourmet breakfast - just the basics.

The most of the staff was helpful, served complimentary breakfast, room clean but mostly liked kitchenette and offered pots and dishes to use during visit.

Very clean rooms and general areas. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The floors transfer noise easily so we could hear footsteps upstairs but not an issue for sleep

Good overall stay. The only downside was the breakfast which we were counting on. There was not much of a selection and packaged items. we decided to skip it. There was not even milk or cream for coffee. Instead Coffeemate stuff.
