Adequate… but NYC prices in...

This is a very modern hotel. Check in is a story above the ground floor and parking, which is somewhat confusing. Security requires you to use your key card to operate the elevator, which only goes to your floor. We had a handicapped-acessible room, which I think is much bigger than regular rooms. It was very spacious, which would be good for a wheelchair, but a bit of a walk to the bathroom with a cane. The shower was great for handicapped, but it took a while to figure out the controls. We had to have the front desk send us someone to explain the controls for the blinds. There was no closet, but an artistic rack arrangement (with hangers) was provided in the bath area. Don't know if this is unique to handicapped-accessible rooms.

amazing!!!!! super clean, love the bed, and no carpet so the floor is actually deep cleaned, the smart tv being able to stream all your shows, the noon check out, the amenities all so good! definitely worth the price, will be staying here from now on when I visit columbus again. staff was so accommodating with a later check out option too

Enjoy our stay. Nice location to Ohio Stadium. Lovely rooftop deck to enjoy an evening cocktail. Nice gym to get in a quick workout. No on site restaurant but one just across the parking lot which offers a good selection of dining options. They do offer a breakfast selection which is not included in your stay fee. Could take some time from order to delivery depending on how busy they are in the morning. Overall a good choice and only 15 to airport.

The AC in our room was VERY load so it was hard to sleep.

Location is great. Check in one floor up from street level is bizarre and confusing. Especially when you don't have elevator access without room card. Morning person needs to walk through property to ensure random trash is discarded and cans are emptied. Rugs at sliding doors need to be more frequently vacuumed.

The place smelled great when you walked in very clean , however our room was just ok didn’t get much sleep he AC was so loud every time it kicked in it would wake me up , we had two beds one was soft one was hard , someone forgot to clean the poop splatter from the underneath the toilet seat kinda gross , easy fix though I simply cleaned it off and washed my hands ten times lol

Checkin hostess was terrible. Never told us anything about using keyboards for elevator. Waited a hour for a cart to take things to the room. No cart had to make 3 trips myself. I'm almost 71 and have had a heart attack. Wasn't really happy with all that and she didn't seem to bother her at all. Also saw other visitors with the same problem. But talked to some quest that was told everything. Manger needs to step up!!!!!!
