Baymont by Wyndham Dallas/ Love Field

The room was very clean. The hotel was non-smoking and smelled of eucalyptus oil throughout. The indoor pool area was clean and stocked with towel. The daily breakfast was hot and delicious. I only wished they had bananas. I will be returning in the near future for sure.

Receptionist was very rude. No extra towels, no extra blankets, hot tub doesn't work, pool cold, vending machines dont work, A/C doesn't work right, no security in parking lot, curtains don't shut all the way. Plugs are too loose to charge your phone.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was good Its location and the smell

It was very easy to check in and out. The rooms looked clean and were super comfortable. The breakfast was also really cool I personally enjoyed the waffle maker the most. There were cracks forming going down the walls and the vent in the bathroom didn't seem to work.

We did not eat the breakfast. Our flight was too early and breakfast was not ready. The location was not easy to get to and it was not in the best part of town. The first room we were in smelled so strongly of curry. The gentleman at the desk changed our room further down the hall. This room smelled very musty. There had been a leak under the refrigerator that had been fixed but the furniture and carpet was musty smelling. The lamp shade was ripped and needed replaced. I had asked for a room close to the elevator when I booked online. I understand that they will try to accommodate your special request if they can so I was not upset when our room was not near the elevator and the second room was even further away. I probably will not stay here again. Sorry I said everything I didn’t like above. I the gentleman working the front desk was very friendly.

Very clean and staff was courteous. Would recommend this hotel. Will stay again.

it was dirty the smwll

Breakfast was pretty good, housekeeping staff was exceptional, and how accessible it was to other areas of the town. The freaking hot tub was not working at all.

The room is well equipped, comfortable bed, good internet. Breakfast was good-okay. Reasonable price. Inability to sleep. One night I was serenaded by a couple having loud relations; the following night by several loud folks in the hallway. virtually no sleep over two nights.

I wasn’t able to get ahold of you online and could not find a phone #; I got Covid and couldn’t cancel as website was not cooperating. I called hotel and they , of course, could not help me. Will not use a third party again for a hotel stay! Sorry 😕

The plug ins wouldn’t work, the shower ceiling had mold. The hot tub wasn’t working completely empty with dead bugs in it. The pool wasn’t working slimy. The staff was great even came back from being at the theme park to our beds made up. Other than that breakfast was good parking was convenient.

It was more then I expected when paying such a cheap price. As soon as I walked in, it was clean and so nice looking. The room was good, what we needed. I was sad we didn't stay longer, it was only for one night. The breakfast area was nice, and they had a inside pool, I would love to use next time if we stay longer.

Staff were friendly, cleaned place even though the toilet will not flush properly. Breakfast they did not had enough FOOD people were waiting for food.

It’s clean The hotel was clean and organized, which I appreciated, but unfortunately, my overall experience was not great. Some of the drawers weren’t working properly—they literally had paper placed in between to keep them closed. When we checked in, the fire alarm was beeping loudly. We called the staff, and someone came in, took it off, and said he would be back, but he never returned. My biggest issue was that a housekeeper entered my room without my consent. That’s a huge no for me. What if my belongings had gone missing? I found that very unprofessional. On top of that, one of the receptionists was rude and acted like he owned the place. Overall, it’s a nay for me. I only booked this hotel last minute because I couldn’t find many other affordable options during the BTS concert, and other hotels were so expensive. At $86, I guess you get what you pay for ?? The one thing I’m glad about is that I got to enjoy the concert while staying within my budget!
