Killed two cockroaches in my room. Just gross. Don’t stay here ever.

The staff was friendly and accommodating! The property is clearly undergoing renovations! Other than that it was a safe place to sleep for the night. Nothing impressive.

The room was in this condition and they had the unmitigated gall to charge me a deposit. Nothing can be done to reverse the reservation so I have to endure this for 5 days. On top of all that the hotel lobby was a site with all the renovations going on. This was another terrible experience. Check your bookings before you go. Don't pay until you see, no refunds.....glad I booked through 3rd party. It's amazing how the owners reply and have all your information but does nothing to assist with the problem. It really looks good that they reply to show acknowledgement, but that's all you get. No results what so ever. This is unacceptable, maybe higher sources should be notified. 9-26-26. 4:38 am Now I gotta be up all night because of a dog that won't stop barking.

I didn’t like nothing. The hotel was being renovated there were workers blasting music all day. Banging all morning the facility was boarded up and scary

Location There were roaches in the room. On the night stand, bathroom sink, and the kitchenette. There was also no hot water at all. I had to take a cold shower.

Very goof place

The front desk host was acting stupid as hell, kept telling me he didn’t see my reservation but was trying to take $70 off my card and couldn’t tell me why! Also, it has 18++ for availability to check in but said everyone who is apart of the reservation has to be 21++ ( never heard of that ). Also did my friends the EXACT same way & they paid days early and was told that they couldn’t get a refund! Although, don’t book this place thanks.

The location was good. Staff is extremely rude. Whole building is under construction, they did not have room we made reservations for and wouldn't fix my booking or return money so I had to pay for the room twice since I got there at 2 am with 3 small kids. Construction workers playing loud music. Blanket they give is as thin as the sheet. NO ICE MACHINE

My stay this time was very disappointing. The staff was rude. The hotel is under construction at this time. No ice machine is available. I was placed two doors down from someone who had music playing loudly which was super annoying. Not sure if they have new owners but these associates don’t care.

they didn't clean my room for 3 days the place was full of bugs it smelled like marijuana the key never worked the staff was very rude never again will I stay at a motel 6 NEVER nothing

Very competitive pricing. Very large room with double beds. 24 hour desk personnel available. No coffee maker in room, lots of remodeling going on presently, extra sink water was t hooked up. Side entrance was supposed to be locked at 10:00 but wasn't locked. No ice machine nor coffee in lobby

Not a lot. Yes they were under construction. Got in the room and the toilet had no water and wouldn’t flush. Guy was rude about it when notified insinuating that we broke it. Ummm hello we hadn’t been there 5 minutes. He tried to fix it and couldn’t. Moved us down the hall and was rude about that. Go to take a shower and no towels. Went to ask for some and he had to come look and check. Went to our old room and got the towels from there. Gave us 3 body towels ( not enough for 5 people) and some hand towels. Ice machine was broken and then found roaches under the fridge area. Hallways wreaked of marijuanna badddd.

This is a Motel 6 that is located in an area of Dallas near the men’s clubs and questionable part of the city. The hotel is under renovation that is messy, dusty, and noisy. The front office and lobby were piled up with crates, insulation, and other stuff. No ice machines. No coffee. Our room was at the end of the 2nd floor. Rooms were open for all to see and were in stages of destruction. That is different from construction or renovation. I mean they were trashed! Our room was in better shape but conditions were bad. Mildewed shower curtain and bugs on the bathroom floor. My wife found a used makeup brush on the floor near the sofa bed. Sheets smelled bad. We had no blanket. Just top sheet and thin bedspread. It was tough to adjust the a/c so our room was cold most of the 1 night we stayed. Avoid this place. Spend the money for a better place in a better part of town.

It was so early in the morning when we got there we were so tired and then we had to check out by 11:00 so it was okay Not getting enough sleep
