I work nearby and I stay here often to avoid commuting back home. The staff is always pleasant. The rooms are always immaculate. It’s convenient to everything, yet far enough away to avoid loud noise. There are never any unruly guests or late night partying going on. It’s a great hotel to relax.

This is our go to hotel when we visit the North Dallas/Plano area. It is clean and quiet and the staff is always friendly.

We’ve stayed here before. Clean and comfortable with a decent but minimal breakfast. Room was very nice. Small vanity. No plug for phone charger on one side of the bed. Will probably stay there again because it’s a convenient location for our purposes.

the room and common areas were very well maintained and clean I tried the eggs and sausage but the eggs were barely warm and they were rubbery. The sausage was barely warm and were dry. The waffles saved my breakfast.

The kitchen smells went into the 109 room in the early morning waked me up, as if you sleep in a kitchen. Terrible experience with this hotel!
