The hotel is spotless. The staff are very friendly. Very convenient location. This hotel deserves 5 stars. Thanks

The staff really took excellent care of us. Wonderful location, great amenities. I would highly recommend this property

Newer property, great stay!

Exceptional

Superb

The full-size kitchen in the room and the separate bedroom Only one dolly at the front door and one cart. And actually only a dolly when we arrived with all sorts of luggage, and then the staff gentleman was not friendly at all. Not unfriendly, but just scrolling on his phone. I had to fuss at him about where the part was, and he put a sign on the desk and went and looked and found one. But only after I complained, and he was not friendly about it. I got the impression that maybe he is a medical student who thinks he is too good for the job.

kind of small for the type of room

Perfect stay

Very good

The staff were great. My AC was out at home and I decided to grab a hotel. The front desk noticed I was miserable and got me refreshing water while I checked in. My AC was out and theirs wasn’t much better.

All TV doesn't work properly. Specially YouTube, Netflix was working in Bedroom but not in living room.

Asked the staff for items like towel/extra soap when I was staying there. No one came to deliver or acknowledge they forgot to send up the amenities

Very clean Great breakfast

Let me start of by saying that from the moment we walked through the door, everything was great! The front desk staff was the friendliest I have ever dealt with. The entire place was probably the cleanest one I have ever been too The indoor pool was great! It was storming outside, so being able to still swim was fabulous! I was disappointed that the hot tub was not in working order, but that was jus a minor inconvience. I would have loved to taken advantage of the free breakfast, but I overslept, so I can't say anything about that. Oh yeah...the best part? Most places want you out by 10 a.m., this check out was at noon, which made such a huge difference! Definitely going to stay here again!

The setting was had a home feel, you didn't feel like you were in a box like most hotels.

our room was clean, gym was closed “for cleaning” which was inconvenient but over all a wonderful stay!

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
