Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Dearborn, MI

Carpet in hallways and room wasn't clean. Bed felt very worn, extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast items were very limited. Hotel looked nice from outside and price was ok. Wouldn't stay there again.

Clean room, local to close by shops and option if jacuzzi rooms.

Nothing very poor attitude from staff The people upstairs fought all night got no rest then staff had a attitude when i asked for a refund and wouldnt do anything to fix this would never stay here again ..

The room next to me was watching TV at a loud volume, and the room above me sounded like they were moving furniture around. The bed was hard, I found a fake eyelash on it as well. The room smelled weird, and the wifi was difficult to access, and when I finally did connect, the connection wasn't really useful at all. The lights in the room are so dim, it's no wonder they give you 6 lamps just to still barely light the area. This place needs not only room/amenities updates, but probably maintenance and cleaning staff updates (replace them with people who pay attention to detail). I skipped the breakfast because I just didn't trust the cleanliness. You'd genuinely be better going to a Holiday Inn or Comfort Inn for around the same price, if not cheaper.

Location near the airport Smoke smell permeated the entire property. No shuttle from airport as advertised.

People are loud, room smells bad, bugs in the bathroom, bed not comfortable, no body wash shampoo. The hotel in general, was horrible.

Price, amenities. No floor towel for getting out of the shower.

This hotel does not deserve a good rating. The room was dirty, tiles were falling off the bathroom shower, there were no hand towels, the bath towels were slimy, no soap for shower, only shampoo and conditioner in shower. Only a small hand soap on the sink that felt gritty when rinsing off. My feet stuck to the floor and the free breakfast was minimal. The fitted sheets did not stay on the mattress. I'm not sure what they watered down the cranberry juice with, but it left an after taste in my mouth. The Wi-fi was difficult to turn on and was weak.

Everything is great

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The first room they gave me wasn't clean so I went to the desk and told them and they changed it quickly. The property is out-of-date but I would stay again if necessary.

Our room was clean. We had a 1 in sq of soap between 4 people. Breakfast was scanty. Place seems to have problems, coffee not ready, whole bowl cream cheese one day, none the next. Breakfast attendant needs to be attending rather than tucked away in the kitchen on a phone. I paid expecting certain things, they need to be available

All the carpets in the public area were disgustingly dirty. The garbage cans were overflowing. The breakfast items were only put out a few at a time so they were always empty. We were not given hand towels and when we asked for some we were told they were all out. The Wi-Fi is so unsecure I couldn't even connect to a VPN. I would not recommend this hotel at all.
