This is a pay by the hour hotel for prostitution and things of that sort. The “by the hour” rates posted on computer paper taped on the bullet proof glass was sort of a tell. Cant believe it’s on this app lol

The room was ok and had the stars above but some were burnt out. The sheets had stains and the towels had stains. The shower only halfway worked and I didn’t realize there was a big window to watch people shower which is a straight shot to the door to outside as well. It was an interesting stay but I don’t think we will be returning.

The hotel is dirty, lights are broken, color selection is not available, shower is cute but I had to re-clean it myself (hair visible) Noisy, no toiletries including toilet paper, tv wouldn’t work, and trash can had grocery bags for trash bags. Saw 3 different rooms and each had multiple or a different issue.

Here’s a strong but fair review for Expedia based on your experience: 1 Star I have been a loyal Expedia customer and a Silver member for several years, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I booked a hotel through Expedia, but when I arrived, there were police officers at the property dealing with individuals at the hotel. I did not feel safe staying there. To make matters worse, I waited at the front desk for over 30 minutes, and no one even attempted to check me in or acknowledge me. Despite explaining the situation and requesting that Expedia review the hotel’s CCTV footage—which would clearly show that I was waiting and that police were present—my refund request was denied. Instead, I was offered only $25 in One Key Cash. I expected Expedia to stand behind its loyal customers, especially in a situation involving safety concerns and a complete failure by the hotel to provide basic service. This experience has left me extremely disappointed with Expedia’s customer support and its handling of legitimate customer concerns.

Very clean for a Motel, love the Ambiance of the rooms and the shower is a whole vibe! “Adult” Friendly and convenient

The shower and style of rooms were nice! Definitely put the right vibe into the purpose of the rooms. Staff was nice and helpful, and per the email I received that morning that said check in time was switched to 1pm instead of 3pm, the staff did accommodate the early check in with the email for proof, only because room was ready. Issues: Not even a full roll, but we had one roll of toilet paper. Towels had stains. Fitted bedsheet had stains. Buttons on the fireplace were just springs. The pressure on one of the shower options was barely there. Door security was concerning; locks on the outside without extra locking mechanisms on the inside. Room 229 did not have a smoke alarm. Area was sketchy. Office was heavy on cigarette smell, and was very dreary. Outside of building needs some better upkeep and did not give great vibes.

Was not too happy with the outside of the property, there was a broken window in a room that had kids looking out of it. There was roof leaks that affected the common area walkways. We heard a person walk into

I had a really great stay.I was pleasantly surprised the room had a fireplace.A huge walking shower, it was nice.It was clean.The staff was awesome.I will definitely be back

Everything had stains on it I had 2 towels that looked like blood was on them. The sheets and quilt both were stained.

I would not recommend staying at Imperial Suites. We left within 10 minutes of arriving because the property was not what we expected. The outside appeared very run down, and there were people standing around the property, which made us uncomfortable. The area did not feel safe. The room itself had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The shower head and ceiling appeared damaged, with visible cracks. The towels looked dirty, the lights flickered instead of staying consistently on, and the fireplace did not work as advertised. Due to the overall condition of the property, we decided not to stay and left immediately. I wish I could receive a refund, as the accommodations did not meet reasonable expectations.

Could use new sheets and blankets mirrors could use a better cleaning… over all the room was nice and clean

We were so disappointed upon arrival. Our room was disgusting. The bedding had all sorts of random hair on it, the sheets were heavily stained, and you could see handprints and streaks all over the mirrors. Half of the shade fell off when we closed them. The door had no sort of extra lock protection inside - just a doorknob. Lock is on the outside only. When I went to use the restroom, I found fake eyelashes stuck to the toilet paper. The water pressure was a joke and you can only use one shower head at a time. Couldn’t dim star lights above the bed so it was like sleeping under a spotlight. When I called, we were brought new sheets and told that they were clean, but some of the stains don’t come out. Gross! Buy new bedding for the rooms! Also didn’t realize they had pay by the hour rooms in the same area as ours. Just horrible and disgusting. We will NEVER book here again!! Beware of the nice room photos…they are very misleading.

It definitely looks ghetto on the outside but the inside makes up for it. Not my usual hotel stay but it was cool for a first time

No the parking area did not feel safe.
