NOTHING We refused to stay here. Place smelled like pot. Crime scene tape around front entrance without explanation! When shown the room the bed sheets were stained brown!!!

I really like the nice clean bathrooms and then hot water that last forever Vending machines are way too expensive

This hotel should be shut down. It is disgusting.

They were arrogant. Called to about early check in and said would cost $20 extra. Arrived at 11am-1130am ish and i was told no come back at 1pm. So we asked for a full refund because they were unable to accurate our request. They said to call Expedia. So I did. Expedia was unable to resolve the issue. Went back in 2x and rang the bell and no one ever came to the desk. After seeing someone enter the front door we went back in and asked how are we quaranted a room when we return at 11pm. He decided to check us in.and.give us our key for later. The room and property were a disarray.

The hotel was incredibly dirty with stains all over the carpets, holes in the windows as you walked up the stairs, and just overall dirty throughout. As we approached the room, the remainder of the hallway didn't even have carpets... Also, pest control was cleaning and spraying the hotel as we checked in.

Ripped up carpet in hallway. Old carpet in room. Smelled like pot. No bedside lamps. No hair dryer. One plastic chair in room & it was broken. 2 super thin flat pillows. Bottom sheet was very wrinkled. Used Soap from previous guest was still in the shower. Minimal small packages of shampoo & soap. Lumpy bed. Trash in parking lot. Dirty microwave in common area, so small the takeout coffee container would not fit. AC worked great.

Beds need to be deep cleaned, there is bedbugs. Other-than that it is ok.

Clean room friendly staff

When I got there, there were four cop cars there. The carpet was wet & stained parts of the ceiling were missing and it smelled like blood and urine. There were unidentifiable stains in the room, and I didn’t even stay there. It seemed as a murder had just occurred.

Nothing Everything nasty

did not make bed or replace soiled towel or face cloth no coffee or tea. no breakfast items. had to go into laundry room to get clean towel and face cloth and roll of toilet paper. front desk man said i had to tell cleaners i wanted our room towels exchanged. i replied we were out all day so how does one tell cleaning staff. there are no door knob tags or anything. not returning to Any america's best value franchise.

Rooms/ carpets / furniture were a little stained and worn from heavy use. Staff were pleasant. No coffee available. Bed was not hotel standard. The room was very quiet. This is ultra-low budget hotel, and you get what you pay for. Thank you for the safe stay.

I like that it was quiet and low traffic I didn’t like the random people around
