The place was very dirty. Old linens. Floor was uneven. Rusty shelves in the bathroom. The door was taped together. Cleaning people were asking to use my outlets to vacuum the hall way rug. The best home was gross. Burn holes in the covers. I paid $165 for this room before taxes. I should have only paid $50 for this room. It was gross See above paragraph

Location Very poor condition. Door would not lock.

This was the worst. The property had a bad odor throughout. The room was filthy. The bathroom wasn’t clean. The linens weren’t clean. The smell in the room was terrible. The bathroom wasn’t clean. There was smeared blood on the lamp shade and what looked like excrement smeared on the carpet.

Very poor

Nothing The toilet seat was broken, hanging by only 1 hinge sitting sideways on the toilet. The towel rack was literally pulled out of the wall and hanging by the threads of the screws. The towels had hair and fuzzies all over them. The mattresses were as old and as uncomfortable as the building. The smoke alarm wires were hanging out of the ceiling, smoke alarm in dresser. Floors were dirty in room. In the bathroom where they put the soap was a cutout in the wall, maybe where old switches used to be, was a rusty box. We said don’t touch it unless you’ve had your tetanus shot. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, no hairdryer. Thank goodness we brought our own. The sink had no stopper so if you dropped rings or anything they were gone. The only plus was hot water.

too pricey for what was offered

Easy check in, friendly staff

As soon as you walk into the INN, there is a foul smell and the smell was even in the room. Towels were stained, carpet stained, sheets stained. Sink had poor water flow. Shower was ok, although when I first turned it on, brown water came out, after a few minutes it cleared up. Plenty of parking. Staff (after you ring the bell), come out and is very kind. Bathroom door was broken, couldn't close it all the way. Mini fridge didn't work. Toilet seat was loose. Just overall a bad experience.

I'll allow the photos to speak for themselves. We were supposed to have a queen-size bed but the bed was not a queen-size. The bathroom fan didn't work. The extra lock for the door was broken off. And even though check-out was 11:00 a.m. a hotel employee let themselves into our room using their key without knocking while I was out getting coffee and my wife was in the room changing clothes and asked if she was ready to check out.

It's goof for a nap and a very quick shower

Ok.....for the VALUE, it's perfect. Great 1 night stay, in and out. I arrived at 10:30pm and left at 8:00am. Perfect amount of time in my opinion. Running water, hot water worked well, and the TV was functional. Near the airport for a quick stay. However there is a lot that is concerning but you get what you pay for. Uncomfortable bed, dirty floors and carpets. Locks broken and holes in the all. Again, I think for a quick cheap stay it does the job. I wouldn't spend a second night here nor being my wife and kids.
-
Easy access to room because doorway steps is door to office of hotel and bed was comfy and clean enough There was garbage that needed to be taken out outside in the back that is piled up my guest and I definitely wanted the trash taken out but it was full of over flowing trash and some even hit the ground

No coffee available in lobby or in room. Holes in the comforter, stained ceiling and cracked molding, stains in the carpet. Ac unit is finicky.

This is an old property, with no elevator. There are no real amenities, but all I really require are a clean room, comfortable bed, and clean bathroom. I got that at the Syracuse Inn.

Exceptional

Quartier plutôt douteux. Les installations auraient besoin d'entretien. Ok pour une nuit, mais pas plus
-
This place also had bedbugs but refunded me my money couldn’t accommodate other than refund
-
Hotel needs major renovations. Prices for hotel is too high for the condition of the hotel.

There was a domestic situation that woke us out of our sleep arpund 9 am where a man was yelling at his girlfriend and we heard a lot of banging in their room. We called the front desk to call the police and they brushed it off as if nothing happened. It was happening on the first floor so I'm sure they heard the commotion. Rude staff for the most part with the exception of a couple people. Floors in the hotel room were filthy (pretty sure they've never been cleaned). This is not a place that you want to waste your money. Not sure how they are still
