Orca Inn Suites

The room had recently been updated and was comfortable. The outside of the building and grounds were very dirty and unkempt. I never saw a staff member even at the lobby desk. You need to phone O to have someone check you in. The doors etc. need a paint as do some walls. I felt uncomfortable, by the state of the building, broken Venetian blinds visible when you arrive. I would not have stayed there, except I had already paid.

The staff there were incredibly helpful and friendly. I have been to hotels with dogs at the front desk before and they've been very misbehaved but here they had two very polite furry greeters with just as friendly of a disposition as staff. The room was spacious and comfortable and I was very impressed by how well the space was utilized as well. You could tell the furnishing was intentional and functional. there was a smoke detector towards the front of the building with low batteries that beeped the whole time i was there.

The rooms are nice and staff friendly and helpful

Hotel staff are the best

It was really nice, large rooms, very modern looking, clean I thought it was fine.

Location Worn bed linens. The carpet was dirty The exterior security door was not able to be locked. It was open - supposedly was opened with a room key. Signs indicating that criminal activity will be reported. Felt unsafe.

The website clearly indicates shuttle service. No shuttle is available, the manager will provide ride to the airport for a charge. That's disappointing. The room is not appearing clean, we didn't take shower and slept without changing

we were staying 2 nights at night time we cant sleep because water boiler was install in to the wall of our room it was making so much noise that we cant sleep we ask stuff to change the room they say no available rooms, that was terrible expirience
