Fort Wayne Inn

Beds were saggy, furniture well worn, acrylic bathtub cracked and sort of patched, toilet loose. Ice machine broken, good sized fridge in our room but it was noisy.

No es bueno el internet. A las 11 es el check out, pues 10.45 una señora abrió mi habitación estando yo adentro para preguntarme si me iba y que el check out era en unos minutos....nunca me había sucedido nada de tal magnitud...y eso que tengo ya 65 años

Clean but the carpet needs a little bit more attention in my room but as I am going to stay a little bit longer I am going to clean myself so will be better to whomever comes next

Terrible Check-In Experience I made a confirmed reservation through Expedia in advance, but when I arrived, the front desk staff told me they had never received my reservation. They said they did not know whether it was a system issue, but since my name was not in their system, I could not stay unless I paid an additional $60. It was late at night, and I had no other place to stay, so I had no choice but to pay. I showed them my Expedia reservation confirmation, and they acknowledged that the date and hotel location were correct. However, they repeatedly said they did not know why the reservation was missing and offered no real assistance. I never want to experience something like this again.

Older property but very clean and well-kept. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Get what you pay for. My expectations were low and they were met, barely. A seemingly clean bed in a room that didn't stink with a functioning bath with water warm enough that I wasn't cold, and functioning AC. Non-functioning security lock on the room door matched the lack of any lock on the inn's side entrance...which must be used as the front door is locked period. Most travelers would consider this a dump. Many long stay residents. And a Showgirls next door for your entertainment purposes!

Lack of security. Outer door to lot was unsecured. Common area hallways not air conditioned. General feeling of unease about the surrounding area.
