Room was not cleaned from the previous guest. A clean room.

Very poor

The only good thing about this place was the price. Everything but the price. The whole place needs a upgrade. Got to my room and it was filthy. Stained sheets, hair in between the sheet. The toilet seat needs replaced. The lock on inside of door was missing. Oh i went down at 6:30 for the free breakfast. All I saw was coffee and yogurt.

Lobby and hallways looked very run

It was dirty and not secure. Broken locks and outside doors ajar

Cold shower and moldy on the ceiling, room smelled like pet urine/weed.

Upon arrival, the lobby was very warm. The exterior door was kept open as if it were broken, there were no signs. It took at least 15-20 minutes to finally get someone to the counter for check in. The stairs were very dirty as if they never sweep. We all but busted our door for our room down since it stuck so hard with all of the pain slathered in the frame. The bed frames had a good layer of dust. And it was at least 80 degrees when we got inside of the room. The bathtub did not have a drain stopper (which would have been fine if I wasn’t traveling with two small children, but I booked it with them in mind). The side door was frequently left propped open. And the towels were tiny. We stayed for 3 nights and only ever got the 2 towels. And if there was a smaller trash can for the rooms available, I’m sure they would have gotten it. We had to use an extra shopping bag for trash halfway through day 2. It would be an okay-ish place to stay if only for a night, maybe two.

Nothing It was disgusting, beds had food, hair ,dirt. So very bad. We left.

My husband and I stayed here, and these were the issues we experienced. 1. I reserved a King-accessible room and received a Queen-accessible room. I mentioned this to the front desk, and they said they would look into it, but I never heard anything back. 2. The TV did not work, and I went to the front desk twice about it, and both times I was told, "Will let someone know." No one ever showed up, and it never worked. 3. Went up and asked for extra towels and pillows and, through a camera, was told they would bring them to the room (didn't ask for the room number), waited about 45 mins, and no one showed up. I went back to ask for extra towels again but was told they could only provide two per room and that they did not say they would bring them. There were 2 adults in the room for 3 nights, and we did not receive room service either. 4. We were charged a $20 deposit (not listed but ok). 5. There was no door for the bathroom, just a shower curtain. It was also small and had room for a wheelchair to enter into the shower, but the water covered the whole bathroom floor and went into the hallway by the door. 6. Checked out on Saturday the 12th, and I still have not received the deposit back on the 17th. Some positives of the room are 1. There are PLENTY of plugs and USB ports to be able to charge things. 2. Has a full (ish) size fridge, microwave, and "kichtenette" (two burners and sink) 3. Quiet 4. A/C worked great

Nice room There wasn't any female companionship. I would like a girlfriend.

Nothing .got ripped off and didn't get to even stay in a room . I got the room for my daughter and her husband for the night. Paid for it online. They got to the room they checked them in and then found out that they didn't have a deposit. We knew nothing about a deposit and never said nothing online when I paid for the room. The gentleman would not let me send it to them or he would not let me pay it online. He refused to give them the room. But since he checked them in before he found out about that he would not uncheck them so I could cancel it and get my money back and I have called over 15 times no one answers. I had to pay for a room that they were refused and he was the rudest man and would not help us out.

Bed sheet has cigarette bunt hole.No chair at all. water on the night stand under the phone. Whem we infromed the staffs, they came up and took away the phone with cleaning water and no provide another phone. They provide only 2 pillows for 2 people. No cloths hangers at all. For breakfast, 3 samll yogurt boxes, pancake maker and coffee. And they charged $20 on my CC for no reason.

Nothing. I was unable to stay due to bedbugs and roaches. It was dirty, had bugs, and the air conditioning did not work
