Very nice place at a good price. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Had an issue checking in and was not offered the room that I had booked through Expedia. I worked with Expedia and they got the problem resolved. Expedia did a nice job.

Pool was nice We were on our wedding anniversary expecting our reservation to be just that. Not the case. King size bed room given to up to some other more important than up. We recurved to double beds. Well done !!!!!

The staff was so friendly and helpful - a real delight. The room was fine - clean, but a little dated. The beds were not very comfortable and the A/C was loud turning on and off, and the room temperature went back and forth between cold and warm. It was annoying to pay for parking on a daily basis.

Room was nice and clean. Extra charge for parking - though a desk person waived that for me. When I checked in, the lady at the desk continued on a personal phone call using her ear buds WHILE SHE WAS WAITING ON ME!! Half the time I had to ask whether she was speaking to me or the person on the phone. This was very unprofessional. The air conditioner, next to the bed, was very noisy.

I always come back and stay here. The staff is absolutely amazing.

The tub and sink were not fully cleaned and there were a few stray hairs on the bedding and a towel. When mentioned to the font desk staff member, they just dismissed it and told me to have a good day. The door to the room was heavy and my daughter whom is wheel chair bind had difficulties navigating the door.

The hotel clerks were friendly and responsive. Rooms were clean. Excellent location for shoppers!
