Spacious, very well equipped room. You could stay here comfortably for an extended period. Close to mega shopping mall Perhaps the worst included breakfast I’ve ever come across in a brand hotel. Available only until 9am it included a very basic food selection, poorly presented, and unquestionably the worst attempt at “coffee” I’ve ever tasted.

We liked everything. Great breakfast, great room facilities. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. There is a huge shopping mall in walking distance and lots of restaurants. Nothing really.

regarding an unexpected damage charge. I stayed at the hotel from August 8–9, 2026, with my family to celebrate a birthday. We had a few decorations in the room. Before checkout, we cleaned the room to the best of our ability, collected the garbage, and personally inspected the room. A small amount of confetti remained on the floor, along with approximately two decorations still hanging from the ceiling. These decorations had been secured using non-adhesive/removable tape, specifically to avoid damaging the room. We did not cause any damage to the room. After checkout, we were told that housekeeping allegedly found damage to the telephone, a tilted lamp, and paint damage to the ceiling from our decorations. The hotel subsequently charged our incidental authorization for these alleged damages. I initially disputed the charge with my credit card company, but the charge was later applied again. I did not pursue a second dispute and instead contacted hotel management directly in an effort to have the matter reviewed and resolved. I was shown a video taken after checkout, but it appeared to show only the telephone on the floor, a tilted lamp, and decorations still hanging. It did not show the alleged damage itself or establish when or how the damage occurred. The telephone had also been functioning properly shortly before checkout. Very good

Overall good stay. Spacious studio, felt like my own apartment. Easy check in, decent breakfast options, comfortable bed. Convenient location to restaurants and shops. The lobby often smelled like wet dogs throughout the day. As a pet friendly facility, controlling unpleasant odors should be high on priority list. There appeared to be no urgency for those type of complaints. Not a convenient location for transit. Although the closest LIRR station is Mineola, ride share can be pretty expensive within a 2-3 mile radius. Would be nice if property offered some type of shuttle options given the more expensive nightly rate for a 3-star hotel.

Good ambience. Large bed. Good bathroom. Kitchen facilities. Everything clean. Good swimming pool. Easy parking. Coffee/hot drinks available in lobby all day. Breakfast choices were great and the hot things were changed daily. Huge shopping mall within walking distance. You had to pay for parking. Sofa in room and chairs in lobby not comfortable

The property is clean and well kept. There was no hotter for two days and I could not shower.. Also, when the water came back it was not that hot.. It was luke warm and I had to take a quick shower.

Building had no hot water and nothing was done to compensate for the inconvenience. Very disappointed in their response.

Exceptional

My kids came into town from college. Their flight was early and they got them in early check in so they could go sight see. It was so easy and helpful. All they kept saying was how nice the hotel is and having the mall and nice restaurants walking distance was nice too.

Staff very accommodating , dry clean throughout the hotel. Great breakfast that was changed up often. And love the fresh flavored water in the lobby. Wish it had a bar

Lovely hotel room , clean, quiet , easy parking and helpful staff. I plan to stay again.

Location was great and close to Jones Beach We left a day early and they would not credit us for the night.

Great place to stay and the staff were excellent, Vey clean place and will book again next time we are in Long Island.
