Residence Inn by Marriott DFW Airport North/Grapevine

The room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were really scratchy and smelled of a highly fragranced detergent, which I am allergic to. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was pretty good

Great place to stay when we missed our flight.

My door stuck and would not close at times, parking was $10 which should be free.

I had just attended a family members funeral and had to get a room before I literally fell asleep while driving. They staff was super helpful. I had made my reservation for the next day, like I said I was sleep deprived, but they were so helpful and not at all put out, by the extra work. The room was super clean and I got a fabulous night of sleep. Thank you all for your hard work

Quiet and comfortable, easy access to local restaurants and mall Prior guests had dog, experienced flea bites, need to flea bomb rooms

didnt inform me of the parking permit and charged me a fee. i know it might be common sense for those who frequent hotels, but it wouldve been nice if they had mentioned it had to remain visible in the windshield

We did not get what we thought we had reserved. Very warm in the room to start with. Front desk wasn't very pleasant at check-in.

Location was perfect. Near where we wanted to go. We had 2 rooms, across from each other, 604-605, and were there 4 days. Our rooms never got cleaned and even after tracking down a staff member, to get clean towels and trash emptied, he assured me at some point, we’d get cleaned. Never happened.

Door lock wasn't working properly; caused us to have to hold down handle on both sides of the door simultaneously in order to close the door; not fixed until the next day. Had to walk down ourselves to pick up bedding & pillows for the sofa bed; as it hadn't been made. Water flow valve in toilet was broken & toilet clogged; had to walk down ourselves (at night) to get a plunger to take care of problem ourselves. Maid did not come into room at all, dirty towels remained on floor. Trash cans were not emptied; 3 tiny trash cans in room (which were so small if you put 3 water bottles in there, they were full); not enough room for trash. Fresh towels were not provided until I called front desk asking for them. We basically did the jobs a maid & handyman should have taken care of. I certainly would not stay there again & certainly not for $115 a night!!!

Pros: Solid breakfast, helpful staff property maintained well Cons: had to kill a couple bugs, might not be of concern If-y: Bed comfort depends on person. Wife ended having back problmes
