SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport N/Grapevine

I like the option of the suite with a sofa bed. It was clean and pool was nice.

Major construction all over the hotel. Lots of noise. No warning on website or check in

Exceptional

Airport shuttle was very convenient for late night flights. Stay was very helpful and courteous. Rooms and hotel is a bit out dated and lighting doesn’t help the hotel look good.

Hassle free,

Perfect location Super limpio

Staff was so nice and helpful!!! Rooms were nice and clean!

Was actually greeted by someone that smiles upon check-in. How delightful, to be greeted by someone helpful and kind, and not someone that is miserable and hate their job. The usual greetings I get when checking into small hotel properties. Room was clean and comfortable. The morning free breakfast and coffee was fantastic!.....and so many items on the healthy side. Really loved that. I will definitely be back with visiting the family in that area.

The staff was very accommodating, cordial, professional, and made the stay pleasant in spite of the renovations taking place. What I did not like was that I was not aware of the renovation station stay, and there were no discounts to offset.

Very good

Plenty of better hotels in the area

Bad

Breakfast was good. Room was way bigger than expected and super clean. Staff was amazing from the moment we got there til we left! Honestly nothing. Value was perfect, room was perfect, breakfast was great, pool was great. Overall great stay!

The staff was all very helpful and very cheerful. The only thing wrong with the room was there was no coffee table.

Superb

Room says up to 5 people with one king bed and sofa bed. Sofa is not even close to a bed, no pull out, you just take off the sofa pillows and thats it. How on the hell is that considered a two person bed??? It was hard a rock. Never again

Love it! Def recommend for your stay!

Very clean and spacious room and staff are all friendly

Breakfast very good. Pool and hot tub excellent. First floor location would not allow us to open our drapes with parking right outside window. Breakfast hours could be expanded.

Great location and very friendly staff. The beds are a bit firm for me but honestly everything was really great.
