Super 8 By Wyndham Great Falls City Center

The room was clean and comfortable.

The receptionist was very pleasant on our check in, room clean and breakfast was good except they run out of syrup for the pancake....

The heat did not work in my room. The first night it was 60 degrees the next night 61. The WiFi didn’t work. Will not ever stay here again. And will let family and friends know to avoid this one as well.

I have usually had good experiences with Super 8 motels but this location had the feel of an older rundown facility although the the room itself was fairly clean and somewhat comfortable. The hotel is located in a downtown location and there was road construction on going around the hotel to the extent that there were road blocks on the street to the hotel. After parking down the street and walking to the check in office we were told to just “drive around” the road blocks to access the onsite parking. As mentioned, the building and the room is on the older feeling side. Some of the fixtures in the room have seen better days and, in the case of the smoke detector, just non existent. Even the clock was inoperative. The worst part of our stay, though, was the noise. Our room and picture window was next to a parking lot and park. There was constant skate boarding noise through the lot into the early morning hours and lots of loud talking and yelling as well. We could hear what sounded like bottles and aluminum cans dropping against the pavement. There was also numerous loud banging noises throughout the night. It sounded like trash dumpster lids slamming closed. It was a terrible night of sleep (or non sleep as it were). Fortunately we had only a short drive to Glacier NP the next day. The included breakfast was just ok, The pancake maker did not work properly but there was no staff around to assist us. Sorry, would look around at different options the next time instead of this 8

This super 8 is nothing special, but for the price its not bad. The room was relatively clean, though in need of a renovations. The included breakfast is serviceable, but just the most basic you'd expect from staying at a Super 8. Overall its not too bad when paired with the fact that the location is within walking distance from most places you'd wanna hit up in Great Falls.

Decent room for the price downtown

My room was by the stairs on the 2nd floor and groups of loud people, males and females, who stormed up and down slamming the metal door until after 2:30 am.

Pluses: Clean quiet rooms, friendly staff, good underground parking and online checkout. Minuses: Pancake maker never worked, elevator was out of order, breakfast bar needs more coverage to keep clean and stocked. Front desk coverage was minimal.

Simple place. Average for a cheap place to stay

Staff were unhelpful and not friendly. The pool area was not maintained. The floors were sticky. We didn’t even have soap or towel in our room when we arrived and then I had to ask multiple times to get some.

Very friendly staff. Huge clean room. Easy to get through the city. Underground parking. Felt very safe. Good continental breakfast.

The price. The sheets were dirty and stained. I had them replaced before we would stay. We had only a half a roll of T paper and had to ask for more. We stayed for four nights and the breakfast was the same everyday and that got old. It was not that good to begin with and they would run out of stuff fast. Had to ask for something every day and wait for it if you wanted to eat.

staff were helpful and kind.

We were unable to get to the hotel as the construction was blocking the entrances. Called the hotel multiple times to ask how to get in and no one answered the phone.

Booked without researching location. Wasn’t looking for a downtown hotel. Stay was fine

The pancake machine didn't work most of the mornings. The staff didn't know how to turn on the dining room lights one morning. Room service never came to clean the room during our five night stay even though I specifically asked three mornings. We had to ask for clean towels every evening. Definitely get the service that you pay for.
